Located just minutes from quaint downtown Cambria, as well as beaches, neighboring tourist cities, restaurants, and wineries, our cozy, pet-friendly 1928 two-story cottage is the perfect getaway for 2-4 people. The home features a small deck, two bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), one bathroom (downstairs), living room, fireplace, kitchen with basic kitchenware. Regular coffee, creamer, and sugar are provided along with salt and pepper, however, all other food, spices, oils, etc., are not provided.

The space is definitely pet friendly with dog beds and bowls included. The home was clean. Equipment was easy to use. There were detailed instructions for everything including suggestions for where to go and what to do in the area. Our host promptly responded to any questions or requests. She was kind and easy to work with. We had a lovely relaxing and comfortable stay!

Very nice, quaint little cottage.centrally located from morro bay and San Simeon. Cambria is always a pleasure to stay. Quiet cottage plenty of room for the 4 of us. Communication was excellent, will stay again.

This was a perfect base for a family weekend in Cambria. Very clean, just enough things there for us, coffee, hairdryer, shampoo. No crazy checklist for checkout. Easy, friendly communication. Nice little yard for dogs to run. Comfortable beds, nice pillows and good water pressure in the shower.

We had a nice time in Cambria at this spot but felt there were some let downs. It was not advertised, but there is a second lodging on the same site so you have to walk by their windows when you leave/enter the home and the front doors on the two places are very close, which was an issue for our reactive dog. Additionally, the back lawn was very overgrown, had a gap in the fence, and had construction materials left in the yard including wood planks and paint buckets. A large part of our choosing this place was how dog friendly it appeared and we felt a bit disappointed by the state of the place. The house itself was cute, clean, well stocked and the host had good communication with us, it was just the outside that was a bit rough.

Based on our communication during your stay, including your kind message at departure saying you had a great stay, I was genuinely sorry to learn that some aspects of the property did not fully meet your expectations. We always strive to provide a wonderful guest experience, and we appreciate hearing when there are areas that could be improved. As mentioned prior to your arrival, we have recently been making exterior improvements to the home. Unfortunately, some contractor materials were inadvertently left behind, and I sincerely apologize for that oversight. I will be addressing this with the contractor to help ensure it does not happen again in the future. Regarding the additional unit on the property, this has not typically been a concern for past guests, but we do appreciate your perspective and will certainly take your comments into consideration. We truly value guest feedback, as it helps us continue improving and providing the best experience possible for future visitors.

Cute little cottage, perfect for the two of us and our fur baby. The fenced yard was a plus! The listing does not mention that there is a suite shared on the property, which caught us off guard at first, but fortunately the guests staying there were hardly around. There was a slight hiccup with the keyless entry but Denai was easy to reach to resolve the issue.

Such a cute and quirky cottage in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Cambria. The cottage is great for a couple trying to get away for some wine tasting or coastal tourism. The upstairs bedroom is a good size, though a tall person will need to watch their head on the roof slope. There’s no door to close it off from the rest of the bottoms story which limits privacy, but for just 2 it’s no problem. The first floor bedroom is a bit small, but would be manageable if needed. The side yard is great for pets. The kitchen is small but useable. I’d suggest making sure you bring your own Kpods for coffee, they said it was stocked, but we only had two decaf and one un-identifiable pod in the tub where they indicated. Lucky we had some we had bought.

This is the perfect place for a small family with a dog, to stay and explore Cambria. I loved the location and the neighbors were extremely friendly. The host was exceptional, and the house was very clean, which is a top priority of mine!

The house is cozy and in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has a nice front yard for pets. It was nice to be able to cook meals in the kitchen and save money that way. The living room is very comfortable and we enjoyed spending time together there. All of the essentials were available.You may run into other people/pets at this spot because there's a separate apartment on the property. There are two yards, so you can keep the dogs separate. However, the back yard--only accessible to the main house--has some stairs that lead to it. This was a little challenging for our elderly little dog, so we tended to just go on short walks around the block.
