This house was perfect for our family and our dog. It exceeded our expectations and everybody loved it. The salt water pool is a real plus

The house was exactly as described! It was the perfect location and fully stocked with everything needed for a great beach vacation. It was beautifully decorated with higher end appliances, had a great pool, and plenty of space. I will definitely book this house again.

Surf’s Up lodging was as advertised! Close to the beach, shops and trolley service. The pool and house were great! Also beach chairs, wagons and (etc) were available for us to use for the beach. We were a party of 5 ladies and the house had everything there that made an easy and enjoyable week stay for us! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Ascendia Group!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quick review, everything about this property is top notch. Only glitch was a heat pump issue where a part on the unit failed. After calling association, HVAC arrived in under 2 hours. Great service.

great location and perfect set up

Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home on the nights we felt like eating in. Was an easy walk to the beach and to Siesta Key Village. Would book again!

Overall, the house was good, but the oven didn't work; it displayed an error message from the moment we arrived, so we couldn't use it. Supplies like dishwasher and laundry detergent were insufficient for the duration of our stay, and we found live cockroaches in the garage area. I suggest upgrading the beach gear—such as chairs and the canopy- to ensure they are in better condition, and providing a few extra blankets for the additional beds

Great stay

This house was perfect for our needs. 3 minute walk to the beach. Great location within walking distance to the village. House was appointed with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, blankets, beach chairs, wagons etc. House was nicely updated. Pool was great. Just a heads up that the third bedroom with the trundle is very small. I had two 19 year old college girls there and they were fine but that third bedroom is tiny with the trundle out. Would return if we travel back to Siesta Key.

Everything You Need

Loved our stay! The house was nice, very clean and spacious, exactly as it was listed. Anything you would need, they had (except an ironing board), including all your beach gear. Location was great, beach in walking distance and close to restaurants and shops. Didn't use the pool though. Advertised it was heated but too cold for us. Only negative is the stairs going up to the main living area. A little difficult carrying suitcases up and down. Not great for someone with bad knees.We definitely would stay again.

The property was just what we needed! Very close to the beach and the village. Took the local trolley everywhere. Just wish the week would have lasted longer. Would highly recommend this home!
