Clean property! We loved everything about our stay. Such a wonderful home and would highly recommend. As three girls who stayed there the only thing we wish we had was more mirrors to get ready as there is only one bathroom.

Very nice, well appointed and comfortable rental. Great location for exporing Arcata, Eureka and the redwood parks. Highly recommended.

The place was very clean. It's super family and pet friendly. They had board games for all ages and dog bowls inside and outside. There was lots of local information provided. The garbage disposable in the kitchen sink didn't work but everything else was amazing. Very nice place to stay and close to lots of beaches and food options. Will definitely be coming back!

An attractive and comfortable home, very nicely laid out and easy living space. We loved the location reasonably close to the beach, restaurants and hiking trails along the water. All positive things to say about our stay.

The house was clean and comfortable. However, we did not have WiFi or cell phone service. Property management was prompt in having someone come check the WiFi, however they only confirmed that there was no WiFi (and it was the weekend, so the service provider would likely not come until a weekday). So, we had no television and could not access internet on our phones. In addition, there was only 1 bar of cell phone service and we were unable to make outgoing phone calls (I couldn't even call the local restaurant to make reservations). That's not only an inconvenience, but a safety concern (i.e. I did not have enough reception to make an emergency call if it were needed).

Excellent location to Cal Poly Humboldt. As well as stores and restaurants in McKinleyville. Nice amenities.Very dog friendly, they even had dog poop bags, such a nice touch. We could park in the garage, which we loved. Definitely will stay here again.

Great rental with everything you can possibly need plus things you didn’t know you needed. Extremely clean and well maintained. Close to local amenities and 8 mins to the beach.

The host obviously went above and beyond in providing for her guests. The kitchen was well equipped and there were thoughtful touches throughout to make for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was quite small but functional with a shower that was both great and good-sized. Everything worked.

We love the Sutter Escape. Perfect location for Cal Poly Humboldt. Great amenities in the kitchen. Wonderful beds. Parking in garage. Soft, luxurious blankets to enjoy. Host is a pleasure to communicate with and make things easy.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described — if not better! Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen to the cozy decor that made us feel right at home.Communication with the host was seamless — responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal: close to everything we needed, but peaceful enough to relax and unwind.This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever experienced, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly, highly recommend!

Great property, completely updated throughout. Check in was a breeze with no hiccups. And did Toni think of everything, amenity-wise? Yes! Fresh, fluffy towels, quality cookware, a variety of small kitchen appliances for use - even those little clips for chip bags. Beds are also new and quite comfy. One note of caution: it doesn't show in the pics so well, but the driveway is steep and the hump over the sidewalk is prominent. If you have a lower vehicle as we do, it may scrape the bottom unless you approach from an angle. All in all, a great stay - thanks!

Kitchen had all very nice appliances and cookware. Home was immaculate. Loved having a garage to use and fenced in yard. Would stay there again and highly recommend.
