- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and up to 2 pets max and up to 25 lbs or less (small dogs only). Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard is fully fenced.

- This property is suitable for children/infants.

- No Smoking allowed. This is a smoke-free property.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
