House looked as pictured in the listing. Very close access to main street and worked perfectly for our girls weekend with the grandmas! It is an older home so you'll here some creaking and things at night but overall recommend!

The house was clean and well kept. Everything needed was available. It's a fantastic location and no driving is required to do most things in town.The host was extremely easy to work with and very responsive.

Girls weekend

This is a perfect property for a girls weekend. It is located perfectly for walking to all the main spots. The decor is beautiful and it is very comfortable.

Wonderful Stay in Fredericksburg!

We rented this precious house close to Main Street for my birthday celebration. The house was well-stocked and met all of our needs. The outdoor seating area was enjoyed by all. I would definitely book this house again when visiting Fredericksburg.

Step back in time....stay in a piece of Fredericksburg History.

Great location...walk to all the shops and restaurants. Fun back yard we enjoyed the fire pit and out door bar. Cozy rustic old charm to give you the feel of stepping back in time. The beds were very comfy.

Fun old house with lots of character

Fun old house with lots of character. Outstanding location within a short walk to everything that we wanted to see. It was too cold to enjoy the great outdoor living area. That will have to be in our plans for our next trip.

Fredericksburg Lovely Olivia’s House

My stay was amazing all though the house is 100 years old it was absolutely gorgeous. Jennifer was a gem to deal with and they provide amazing coffee and ice and really anything you need! Jennifer is probably one of the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure to work with and I’m a travel nurse and will be going back in September a long with recommending this place to all that stay their. The decor was outstanding to compliment the town. The ambiance was delightful and the location couldn’t of gotten any better! Thanks again Jennifer & Olivia’s house for making my stay so pleasant! See you in September 2023!!!

Great location but a few notes

This house and the history of it is very unique. The location is perfect for nighttime activity as it’s a block from Main Street. The patio is adorable but does back up to the bank parking lot, so not as private as the pictures would allude to. The home is a century old and so are the pipes, leaving a strong sewer smell from rye front bathroom. Running the water did help it a little but we mostly needed to keep that door closed to prevent it from seeping into the rest of the house. The owner was very sweet and responsive. The beds were very comfortable. Be prepared for a bit of clutter but it adds to the ambiance of the history of the home.

Wonderful location and adorable home.

Daughters-in-law and their moms and I went for a girls’ weekend. The house was perfect. Easy walking around Main Street, and the house and backyard are so fun. Owners are awesome, too.

Relaxing & Great Location

Great location - walking distance to shopping. House was nice and we had plenty of room for sleeping or just sitting around visiting.

Block from Main St.

What a great house. Old world charm is how I would describe it. Jennifer was a pleasure to communicate with. Just a block north of Main St. Easy walking distance to shopping and eating. We really enjoyed staying there. Will definitely be back.

Had a Blast!

We enjoyed our stay at Olivia's. The location is fantastic. Walking distance from Main St, where the music serenades while enjoying a glass of wine in the outdoor space in the evening. We had plenty of room and the property manager left Starbuck's, half n half, a bag of ice, and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. There were four ladies out for a girl's birthday weekend. Just perfect! Great memories. I highly recommend this property.

Weekend away

We had the absolute best weekend. This property has a great location. There was plenty of space for 8 of us. The property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. I would stay here again!

Perfect girls trip

We have stayed here two years in a row and the house and owner are equally AMAZING. The location is perfect in easy walking distance to both restaurants and shopping. The house is well stocked and has enough beds for all of us and the outdoor seating area is also so great for evening drinks and even breakfast.

Perfect for a Ladies Weekend

Had an excellent time! Cute historic property with everything you need for your stay. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio to have a glass of wine and enjoy the music at Hondo’s in the evening.
