A wonderful private setting for my family. Clean and spacious. Everything in the house was so well appointed we were impressed. We also enjoyed the decks, the dock, the lounge chairs, the river toys and the peacefulness that the property offers.Thnak you!

This beautiful property features a massive kitchen perfect for entertaining, a soft grassy yard, and comfortable furniture and beds. The hosts provided fantastic amenities, including travel-sized sunscreens, plenty of beach towels, and a welcoming bottle of bubbly. While we noticed the hot tub needed to be cleaned after turning on the jets, the hosts quickly sent someone out to resolve it within two hours. We also loved the fully stocked kitchen pantry—complete with spices, oils, and vinegars—and the convenient fridge ice machine and filtered water dispenser.

Amazing Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is so beautiful and so well laid out. The view from the deck is lovely and the grounds are fantastic. Such an amazing kitchen set up, it was hard to want to leave to go explore.

Beautiful river front property nicely furnished with plenty of room for big families. We loved it. Everything was well outfitted so that we had everything we needed. Plenty of room, configuration options and adequate linens and towels. Very nice welcome basket and very kind that there are some basics in the kitchen that are helpful for cooking and for dogs. Very responsive host communication. We all enjoyed it. We were a smaller group just three adults and one toddler, but it was really heaven to be there during this time of year. Great little farm stand just down the road with lots of baked goods. Easy access to Forestville and Guerneville. Note that as described, both house and river require stairs. This was not an issue for us and we expected it but it’s good to remember for little ones or elderly people or pets. Pretty common along the river, but there are also beaches that you can easily drive to that are more accessible if needed. All in all a great stay and highly recommended.

The downstairs bedroom was so cold that it was inhabitable to sleep in. We tried for a few hours but couldn’t take it. A small space heater was brought by but didn’t do much for the space. One of my guests ended up sleeping upstairs on the floor. It should’ve been disclosed when I rented this space. I want to ask the owner if we could be compensated for this mishap.

Had a lovely time. The place was cute and clean. Hot tub was ready and worked great. The dock access was a bit precarious but lovely on the river.
