Lily Pad is a large, comfortable & clean family getaway that sits on the River! It has a private dock & multiple decks w/ seating, fire table & hot tub overlooking the huge backyard & river! There is a fun game room, horseshoes and it's an easy walk to downtown Guerneville, miniature golf & tennis courts!

-Living room - w/ Sofa Sleeper - Sliding doors to back deck overlooking backyard & river, cozy gas fireplace, large flat screen TV - Comcast/Smart TV & Mini Bar w/ sink
-Dining room - Opens to Kitchen. Large table seats 8 - Great for meals & game nights! Sliding door to back, large decks overlooking the Expansive yard & River front!
-Bedroom 1- Primary Bedroom w/ Comfy Queen bed, Flat screen TV. Private Bathroom
-Bedroom 2- Comfy Bunk beds w/ trundle under it & twin daybed. Sleeps 4. Great Kids Room!

Private Dock jump in and play or quietly watch as the world floats by... Kayaks are available for renter use! There is a ladder built onto the deck. Our ***Kayaks can go in the water only when the River dams are in place. Typically mid/late June thru early September***
