The space
We have three separate private suites on the property, and this listing is for one of them. Each suite has its private entrance to ensure your privacy. The front parking area is shared, and there are plenty of parking spots available. The suite is completely private for you, featuring a private door, a private bathroom with a stand-up shower, a kitchenette, and a cozy bedroom with a king bed, a twin bed, and a sleeper sofa—all exclusively for your use. There’s also a dining set for comfortable formal dining.
Guest access
You'll access the suite from the front house to the private door entrance.
Other things to note
Parking:
You will have one reserved parking spot in the driveway of the front house. If you need a second spot, street parking is available right in front of the yard. Additionally, there is plenty of street parking nearby if you prefer to park off-street. ALL FREE.

Things Provided:
We provide essentials such as towels, soaps, shampoo, and hand wash. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, kettle, small fridge, and dining sets for your convenience.

Climate Control:
The suite features a heat pump system that provides both heating and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature year-round. The temperature controller is managed by us, and we maintain a comfortable temperature in the house at all times. If you would like to make any adjustments, please let us know!

Work/Study Friendly:
High-speed internet at 800 Mbps.

Safety Features:
Your safety is our priority! The suite includes large windows for emergency escape, a smoke detector, and a first aid kit. An air quality detector is also present, along with a 24-hour security camera installed outside for added security.

House Rules:
NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO VAPING, NO TOBACCO, NO PARTIES, and NO WEAPONS are allowed both inside and outside of the property, including the yards. We appreciate your understanding that NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all guests.
The maximum occupancy is 4 persons.

Check-in starts at 4 PM and check-out at 11 PM.

Disclosure:
Please be aware that the suite does not have a full kitchen, as there is no range or cooking with fire allowed.
Please note that there are 24/7 security cameras around the exterior of the house, including the driveways, front and back yards, as well as outside the exterior doors for your safety and security purposes.
