The apt was clean, cozy, comfortable- wonderful decor. Host thought of all the small touches to make it a great stay. The deck is amazing- could sit there all day! Love this place and would recommend to anyone and would go back.

Beautiful accommodations. Very clean! Thoughtful extras for snacks and coffee. Even had a disposable toothbrush and paste available for people (like me!) who forgot to grab theirs. The shared deck had fantastic views. I would give the mattress only 3 stars, however. It is sunk down in the middle and I didn't sleep well. I had to continually fight against rolling into my husband (we are of average size). When the bed was stripped in the morning, the U shape of the mattress was quite apparent. Thankfully, we only had one night to fight against gravity. Overall a great spot! Hopefully the mattress situation can be resolved soon for future travelers.

We had a great visit and were happy with the ease of our accommodations. The basement suite was small but just what we needed for a place to call home while we attended a family wedding and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area!

The view was astounding! Shannon was delightful and very helpful. The unit was impeccably decorated and very cozy. Parking under a carport is nice for those rainy Washington days. It's important to note that this is not a daylight basement. But the large family-shared deck is beautiful! It was in a great location, close enough to do things locally but also close to the I-705 freeway, which connects to I-5. It's a wonderful place and a good choice.

Another great stay - would stay again

Was in town for business again, and this is a great central location to stay. Owners were great, and accommodations were excellent us usual.

Clean, relaxing and welcoming

This was a great spot to stay over for the evening after going to a concert at Point Defiance Park. It was super clean and welcoming. We all ale well and were refreshed for our next adventure the following day!

Awesome Location and relaxing

North Tacoma is the best place to stay, since it has the water, restaurants, views, and sport activities that we love! This place is so comfortable, clean, and relaxing, it's like our home away from home!😊

I received prompt replies from host in addressing my requests. Host facilitated the check in process and was able to accommodate my requested early check in. Cozy and quiet with ample parking.

Best View in Tacoma

This place is amazing. Beautiful meticulous accommodations. You’ll especially love the location walkable to bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. We’ll def be back.

Great place for stay on business

Came in town for short stay on business. Loved the location and easy access to everywhere in the South Sound. Nice and quiet, and amenities and owners are top notch. Will use again. Five Stars.

Lovely stay in North Tacoma

The apartment is cozy, well maintained, clean, warm, and inviting. It had everything I needed and then some! Shannon made the entire process very easy for me by being communicative and quick to reply. The house itself is beautiful and situated in a lovely part of the city.

Lovely neighborhood

Had a wonderful time in Tacoma and loved staying in this basement suite. Beautiful views from the deck. Beautiful neighborhood. I fell in love with Tacoma. Thanks for the hospitality.
