Great place with a perfect set up for a weekend getaway to swim with the manatees. Responsive host and the place had many little touches that made us feel at home! Would recommend to anyone for a Crystal River getaway!

This home had everything we needed for our short stay to swim with manatees. The location was quiet but still close to all the sites.

Great stay. Great hosts. Extremely clean. Host responded quickly anytime i had a question. We loved the added touch of fresh farm eggs. Great location.

Good location and a nice property. Main criticisms I have:1. Ceiling fans are old and in operate sub-optimally 2. No TV in the master bedroom3. Single ply TP provided4. shampoo provided was cheap and did not lather upFigured there was a reason why this property was a bit below the market for the area. Fine place to stay if the issues I listed don't bother you.

Thanks! The site clearly shows there is no tv in the bedroom. The fans are old, but they do work. The toilet paper is 1-ply due to guests clogging the toilet with "softer/thicker" paper, so to save me time and money. The shampoo is an extra perk, along with some fresh eggs from our chicken farm.

Such an amazing weekend! This place was wonderful! It had everything you need or even more. Love this place I’d stay here all the time. It was my birthday and the host gifted us a bottle of wine, and organic eggs from their farm. Such a beautiful gifts.

My sister and I stayed here for some R&R. Its a very nice and clean property. We experienced no issues and there are several amenities provided by the host including plenty of coffee and dairy free creamer! Stephanie was friendly and easy to work with - I'm sure if we'd had an issue she would have been on it. The back porch is great for birders. I added several birds to my life list and got a great photo of a red shouldered hawk. At night I heard an owl very close by but unfortunately did not see it. The subdivision is very quiet. If we are back in the area we will stay here again.

Danielle and her crew were great guests! They respected all the house rules and left the home in great condition. We’d absolutely recommend her to other hosts and would be happy to host again.
