The Lazy Lobster - Best and Corner Unit in complex

Come visit the Emerald Coast Beaches in a two bedroom, two and a half bath, large, 1400 square foot, Non-Smoking townhouse. It is just a short walk (150yds or 2 minute walk) to the semiprivate beach access. But if you would rather drive, there are 2 beach accesses with parking east and west of the Legends.

Unit #301 is directly over the pool in the building closest to the boardwalk. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the master suite balcony or the living room deck. Experience the convenience of overlooking the pool/hot tub and covered parking directly underneath. Unit #301 has granite throughout, stainless appliances, and fully updated.

Spacious kitchen, living room, and bedrooms with separate laundry room. The master suite has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. Enjoy free WIFI for your convenience.

If you're looking to exercise, there is a private tennis court and sand volleyball on the property. Enjoy the paved bike paths on scenic 30A. Keep the golfers entertained with the many golf courses including Santa Rosa Golf Club less than a mile away. Destin is just five minutes away with Silver Sands Outlet Mall, restaurants, and entertainment. Just one block away, take advantage of the free summer concerts, boutiques, and ice cream parlor at Gulf Place.

This was our second time in this particular condo and it was perfect for our family. Great location! Easy access to the beach, 2 pools and hot tub onsite.

Fun Family Vacation

We had a great time! Loved the location...easy walk to the beach and to the little shop/restaurant area. Close enough to Destin, but loved the quietness of Santa Rosa Beach. Great family fun!

Great location and very spacious!

I really enjoyed the location and having the parking for two cars under the townhouse. The balconies were also awesome off the master upstairs and the main level off the living room!

Great value, great location

Our family loved this place! Easy pool access and 2 minute walk to the beach. The space was clean and perfect for our kids. We'll be back!

Great townhouse located right across the street from the beautiful white sand beach. Plenty of space for the family- we’ll definitely be back!

Great Spot!

We had a great stay! Pool and hot tub were very close, and so is the beach access! when I reached out to owner for information I got immediate replies. We would rent again.

Seaside's Best kept secret!

Ever since I stubbed across this beach townhouse I won't stay anywhere else! It's right across from the beach and close to great restaurants and fish market but away from the madness/crowds in seaside. It's our perfect weekend getaway and the place has all the comforts of home!

Great location with restaurants close by

Turned out to be a great booking after Hurricane Sally cancelled our original booking at another location in FL for a next day arrival. Beach access right across 30A and very convenient. Restaurants and bars within a short walk. Easy bike ride to Grayton as well. We would stay here again if we decide to come back to Blue Mt. Beach !

Lazy Lobster was fantastic

We enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as advertised. Close to the beach. 2 pools were nice options. Even got a few games of volleyball in. Would stay again

Beach Getaway

We have stayed in this area for several years now and love it. We found that The Lazy Lobster condo had everything we needed while being a block from the beach. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo.

Spacious, bright and close to everything. 30A bike path lets you leave your car behind. A short walking distance to the beach. We look forward to our return to 30A next year.

Wonderful location!

We enjoyed our stay at Lazy Lobster. The location was amazing. Close enough to walk to the attractions, but just distant enough to have a buffer from the business. The until does have several flights of stairs, but that was not an issue for us. The main patio is one big patio among all the units but we didn’t have any immediate neighbors during our stay. Would stay there again in the future.

2nd Time even better

This was our second stay at the Lazy Lobster, we really enjoyed it once again and will certainly be back again. The recent upgrades were just right for that beachy feel. The easy access to the beach is definately a plus. We brought our beach gear and were lucky enough to have great weather for our stay. We will definately be back hopefully not so long until next time.

We have loved Santa Rosa Beach and have been owners at the Legends since 2003. Once you experience a vacation along 30A, you will never want to go to another place filled with high-rises and crowds.

There are miles and miles of a paved bike path that is perfect for biking or running along 30A. Our unit is the most convenient directly overlooking pool/hot tubs/courts and is in the building closest to the boardwalk.
