4 bedroom, 3 bath, Open floor plan - Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room. Master BR features King bed and master bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each remaining bedroom features a Queen bed. One fold out sofa in living room. Full porch( front) with seating. Full porch (screened) back with seating area and 4 -seat bistro table. Patio and grill. 52 inch flat screen TV in Living Room. All bedrooms have TV's. 2 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts in neighborhood. Access to nature trail. Perfect area for biking. Close to Seaside.

We had such a wonderful time in Seagrove Beach and the house was wonderful. Very clean, spacious and an easy walk to the beach!

61 Cassine Garden Circle - Santa Rosa Beach

Our family's stay at this property was everything we could expect. The location was close to the beach with easy access. The house itself was extremely well maintained and very comfortable. We will definitely plan to book this property again when we return.

Family vacation

This property was just as listed. Extremely clean and beautiful. We have been coming to Seagrove for about 13 years and this was our favorite place we have stayed!!! Can't wait to come back.

Family vacation 2024

We had a wonderful week at Cassine Village. The house is perfect for us. I would highly recommend this house and area. We’ve stayed here several times and plan to come back! The host is very responsive, it’s a very short walk to the beach and shopping! We loved walking to ice cream shop with kids! Very family friendly area!

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay at this house. It is close to the beach and pool. One of the best equipped kitchens we’ve ever had on vacation. The beds were comfy, everything is super updated and the common areas are great. Highly recommend!

Amazing Home and Location

This house is perfect for your 30A vacation. It is located just a simple easy walk to the beach and central to anything on 30A. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for relaxing. The home is spacious and very clean. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Perfect Place for a Perfect Vacation

We could not have picked a more perfect location. The cottage was precious. It was so easy getting to and from the beach with the bikes we rented. If we had a question, management answered our questions immediately. We will definitely be coming back!

Splendid Stay!

Loved every beautiful detail of this home! Precious memories were made while enjoying this well appointed home. Location was great too!! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach! King and his management team were a treat to work with! Will definitely go back!!!

Wonderful Beach House!

We (2 adults, 6 year old, 3 year old, and 8 month old) had an amazing time at the Blue Fish Cottage! A really wonderful location close to shops and food, and a very short walk to the beach! We will be back!!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. Very clean, all the amenities that make you feel welcome. 2 pools for the kids. Close to beach and restaurants.

Round Two.....Just as Fantastic as the First Visit

This house is AMAZING! This was our second time staying at the Blue Fish Cottage and it was just wonderful! The house is perfect! It's clean and comfortable! It's so close to the beach, but yet, private and quiet! Everything we needed we had! This will be the only place we stay when we visit again!

Unexpected beauty

Great location, great owner and great communication

We absolutely loved staying here. Love the layout of the house which was perfect for 5 adults and 2 kids under 3 that went to bed early. Location was great and accurate that the walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. Also, we had a large request of the owner which she accommodated us. Thank you again!

Perfect Family Getaway

Perfect place to gather with family to make lasting memories! This house was super clean and beautifully decorated with lots of room. We enjoyed both porches. The location was perfect. The owner is very responsive! We will defiantly be back. Five stars from our family.

Great location. Close to the beach.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach The neighborhood was real quiet and peaceful. Great house for family with or without kids. House was laid out great for little kids. At night you could close off living room from bedroom so kids could sleep without being distributed. Great house.

Awesome week, enjoyed every minute.

We had a fabulous vacation in your lovely home. Everything was perfect, location was perfect. Walk to the beach was better than expected. Even our two year old could manage it. We will definitely be booking this neighborhood and hopefully this house again next year!

Everything we hoped it would be and more.

Clean, beautiful and well appointed. We spent every morning and evening enjoying the back porch. Our host was easy to contact and very responsive to our needs. We would return in a heart beat❤️

Amazing Back Porch

We brought 4 generations of our family ages 2 through 80. The house was perfect! It was kid friendly, and very clean. We loved the screened in back porch. The toddler loved playing there. The view from the back porch was the the nature preserve, lots of trees. I would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous!

We loved our stay at Blue Fish for the second year in a row! Short walk to the beach! The house is a short bike ride from the square but just far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet when you need it! Our teenage boys had a great time! Thank you! See ya next year!

Our experience was great!

Blue Fish is spacious. The French Doors that divide the living area from the bedrooms offers great privacy when others are trying to sleep. The screened in back porch and bicycles and beach toys are exceptional compared other properties. Finally it’s only 500 steps to the water from the house.

Fantastic House

Blue Fish Cottage is a terrific house in a great neighborhood! The house is exactly as presented and we would check availability here first for our next trip to 30A! The property manager, Todd, was quick to respond and extremely helpful when we had an issue with the TV and the bikes. We hope to be back very soon!

I am from Memphis, Tn. My family has a long history in the Florida panhandle and I have family still residing in the area. I have been on the staff of 2nd Presbyterian Church of Memphis, Tn for the past 28 years. I love this beautiful area of our country.

Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful neighbors. Close to the beach access at 1 Seagrove Place. Nestled against Point Washington State Forrest the neighborhood has its own access to the trail system for the forest.
