Beautiful Getaway

Our stay at this adorable condo was just perfect. The hosts were so easy to communicate with, and they thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. From the snacks, coffee, and VERY comfortable bed, we would most certainly visit again! The condo was very clean, it has an amazing view, and you could walk to EVERYTHING. If you are looking for a great getaway for 2, this is the perfect place for you! 10/10 recommend.

great grand baby weekend

excellent location, great view and quiet. Plenty to do on the Riverwalk. Seeing our first Great Grand Baby was the highlight.only problem the fog rolled in two mornings, but you can't control Mother Nature.

Great in town location

The apartment was just perfect as a base to attend family function. Hosts communicative. The small kitchen has everything you need better than larger rentals I have used. The parking garage was so easy and made the stay less complicated. Would do again.

Great spot for a getaway!

High notes for this condo are location, view/balcony and cleanliness. Downtown Wilmington is only steps away. There's a fantastic view of the USS NC battleship and vista in the background. And the balcony is spacious and private. I would a absolutely return.

We had the privilege to stay here for a few days while in town for a family wedding. Perfect location close to wonderful restaurants and amazing coffee shops. Sitting on the balcony sipping wine…PERFECT!

Great getaway!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away for a few days! The views were fantastic and the location made it easy to walk pretty much anywhere. The unit was nicely updated, clean and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

Much needed get away

The property was clean and in an excellent location. The amenities provided for your every need and beyond. I say and beyond because the amenities were quality vs just something to check the box. My husband and I wish we had time for a longer stay.

Great Location in Wilmington!

This was a wonderful little condo right on the river. The view was amazing and the location couldn't have been better! We were steps from coffee, shopping, bars, and restaurants. The condo was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our trip.

Wife and I wanted to stay in Wilmington a couple of nights for getaway. Place was just right for us. Comfortable and clean with great view of river and battleship. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away. Pinpoint for nice dinner very good. Basic for breakfast. Drove to beach and ate at Ceviches which was great lunch.

Exactly as described. Perfect location for me. I had one request which they were gracious enough to accommodate. In walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do. Gorgeous view!

Great location walking distance for everything. Pictures are very accurate. Beautiful view of the battleship. Well stocked with plenty of towels and paper products. Liked that we didn't have to buy any. Couch and shower head need to be replaced, very old and worn out. Little noisy since its right off the evaluator. Bedroom is pretty noisey since the air duct is in the closet of the bedroom. Overall great condo and would definitely visit again!

Nice location with a great view.It's a cute little spot if you don't plan on cooking anything as the sink is tiny and there's no dishwasher.It was pretty comfortable, but we found a few problems:No place to put our suitcases in the bedroom & the only bedroom window was in the small closet.Checkout was an hour earlier than usual so we got locked out. Especially when you have to go get your car from a garage, then park it in the "loading zone", run upstairs to put the tag back, and bring down the luggage. 11:00 am is the standard checkout time for a reason. 10:00 am barely gives one enough time to wake up, have coffee and breakfast, use the bathroom, pack up and get the car, etc. It was more than inconvenient, I almost got a ticket because I was upstairs trying to get back into the apartment. Very stressful. When I booked it, there was no mention of the parking situation, and since we were on a long road trip, having safe and easy parking was the main reason I booked this location. More details about the space and the parking situation up front would have been helpful.If you're traveling very light and staying for a short time with no car, this is the place for you. Very walkable and safe with lots of restaurants and a lovely waterfront to enjoy.

Beautiful Downtown Getaway!

The perfect downtown apartment for a long weekend getaway (or longer)! The view is beautiful and the apartment is walking distance to everything downtown that you could want or need. Quick drive over to the beach makes for a great vacation spot! We were very happy with our stay and did not have any issues. Would recommend this stay to anyone!
