This luxury one bedroom, first floor condo is located on the award winning Riverwalk in the heart of Downtown Wilmington. The bedroom features a high end King sized bed and flat screen TV, with a washer and dryer in the closet. There is a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living area contains a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The balcony door opens directly onto the Cape Fear River Walk and is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening while watching the boats and people go by. You will be within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, and a short drive to our beautiful beaches. It truly is a private paradise.

If you are looking for a place in the heart of Wilmington, look no further! The location is amazing!!! We stayed for a long weekend, and didn't have to get in our car once. Dining, entertainment, museums, night life; everything is in walking distance! If we come back I would definitely stay again and 100% recommend for anyone looking for an exceptional stay!

We love everything about the place! This was our second stay because we loved it so much the first time! The host was very good with communication, the place was very clean and you can’t beat the location!

Loved our stopover at this condo. It is convenient and comfortable. Terrific porch along the boardwalk and plenty of entertainment nearby. There is a tour business next door open during the day but it was pretty quiet.Host was easy to contact and very accommodating.Would stay again!

Amazing location! Perfect place for a couple - plenty of space. Very close to restaurants, bars, and sites. Patio is a perfect place for morning coffee while looking at the boats in the river. Will definitely come back and stay here.

The location is perfect! The view was amazing. Surprisingly quiet, being that close to the riverwalk. You do have to pay to park in the lot across the street. Other than that, this was a fantastic rental! I would love to stay here again!

Great property right on the River. There is a boat tour company immediately next door but they have limited hours of operation and honestly not disruptive at all. The place was clean and very nice. Comfortable bed! Appreciated the washer/dryer and the shower head pressure was A

This suite was beautiful, clean very private and right on the boardwalk. Sat on my boardwalk just to enjoy the beautiful sky and the sound of the river. It's a must stay. Will most definitely book it again. Much thanks to my host for such a beautiful time.

Great location on the boardwalk with restaurants all within a stones throw. Awesome view of the USS North Carolina. Parking is a challenge on the weekend and just because you pay for the duration, doesn't guarantee a spot. The space itself is small but has all the amenities needed (W/D, coffee maker, big bed, shower w/great water pressure). If you're into urban exploring, this is the place.

The location is perfect! Everything was better than expected. Parking is nearby and convenient. Easy access in and out of town. Highly recommend for a couple to get away for a few days.

Best river view in town

The condo was very clean when we arrived, check in/out process was easy, free Wi-Fi is included, and it’s the best river view in Wilmington.

The condo was perfect. The only issue is the air conditioner needs to be fixed because it doesn't work. Other than that, a very beautiful river view and walking distance to everywhere. I would definitely go back

Senior Birthday Getaway

We are 83 YO seniors and love VRBO for giving us the ability to go to great places at a reasonable price. This was no exception! Location, location, location. What else is there? Very comfortable and close to everything. Easy Wheel Chair access for my wife and incredible hours spent on the deck, reading, visiting with a lot of the passer bys, and enjoy our toddy time. Contacted Rob once and he responded almost immediately. Bed was outstanding, the AC more than kept up with the hot August sun and was equipped to totally meet all our requirements. One suggestion - As you can see from the pictures, there is really no kitchen counter space. We drove and took two large cookie sheets to put on the stove top for counter space. Did not use the stove anyway. Had a wonderful Birthday Getaway for sure. Dave

Excellent location and very clean property. Would definitely consider staying again. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 because when the description says you're staying at a "luxury" property, I would expect more than one cheap bath towel per guest, and higher quality toiletries. The shampoo provided was single use bottles cheaper than what you find at a roadside motel (and only shampoo - no conditioner, no hair dryer). Also no patio chair cushions, as pictured. Otherwise, a nice place with fun things to do and good restaurants and breweries all around!
