"The Grove's Greenest Pad" A harmonious retreat located in the lively heart of the very centrally located Grove neighborhood in St. Louis. This monochromatic 1-bedroom sanctuary, only 5 minutes from SSM Hospital, immerses you in a soothing green palette, offering a refreshing escape amidst urban vibes. Explore the vibrant surroundings filled with artistic murals, eclectic eateries, and pulsating nightlife. Your tranquil, green-themed haven awaits for a unique, restorative St. Louis stay.

Important Note:
The unit is on the second floor of the building, you will have to climb a set of stairs to get to and from your AirBnb, there is no elevator available.
Please be mindful that you have neighbors. Our guests are expected to keep a respectful noise level.
Thermostat Guidelines:
For the best performance of our HVAC system, we ask that guests keep the temperature set between 70-75 degrees. This helps prevent any damage and ensures a comfortable environment during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation!
We want to ensure you have a wonderful stay at our Airbnb, and to maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation with the following house rules:
1. No Smoking: To keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone, we have a strict no-smoking policy inside the home. Smoking on the patio is also not allowed, as it is a shared area with other guests. If you wish to smoke, please do so downstairs outside the gate. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your reservation and a fine.
2. Guest Policy: If you plan to have any additional guests during your stay, please contact us in advance for approval. Unauthorized guests may incur additional charges for their stay. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if we discover unregistered guests on the premises. This includes situations involving third-party bookings or when the number of guests exceeds what is listed on the reservation. Ensuring accurate guest information helps us provide the best experience and avoid any complications during your stay.
3. No Parties: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we do not permit parties or large gatherings. Please respect this policy, as it ensures a tranquil environment for all guests. If we sense a party is being thrown, your booking will be cancelled, you will be fined $2,000, you will not receive any refund, and we may call the police to remove you from the property for trespassing.
4. Security: Your safety is our priority. Tampering with or concealing the front door camera is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.
5. Plumbing: We kindly ask that you only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Using other materials can lead to plumbing issues that may incur expenses during your stay.
Check-In & Check-Out:
6. Early Check-In: We are pleased to offer early check-in for $30 per hour. This helps cover the additional cost of preparing the space ahead of schedule.
Late Check-Out: A late check-out fee of $30 per hour applies if arranged in advance.
Unapproved Late Check-Out: If you do not arrange a late check-out in advance and remain past the check-out time, a $100 unapproved late check-out fee will be charged.
7. No Hosting of Locals: To ensure the integrity and security of our property, we do not accept reservations from local residents. Reservations made by local residents may be subject to cancellation.
