The main floor features a spacious living room, well-appointed kitchen, and dining room. The second floor has the master suite with a king bed and an attached bathroom, plus an office. The third floor has a bedroom with double bed and a den with a double bed, with a shared bathroom between those two rooms. The roof features comfortable outdoor dining and lounging furniture, with monument views. Street parking is readily available on this quiet, tree-lined part of Bloomingdale.

• Unauthorized late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $100 per extra hour to cover the cost of cleaning.

• Any mess left behind that requires a deep cleaning will result in a fee of $200 to cover the cost of cleaning.
