I was very impressed with our stay. Everything was perfect. I was very impressed with how nice our 2 unit lockout was with 6 of us using the facility. I was celebrating my 70th birthday while there and Jamario made it extra special. The entire team at the Wyndham Nashville location were very helpful and friendly.

Only negative was the living room tv did not work properly but we could see they were in the process ofreplacing all of the tvs. Pool was great!

Pools were nice and well maintained. Plenty of clean, fresh towels available. Maintenance of the unit was good, but definitely had a few items that needed to be updated or replaced. Guest services was great, always providing needed items quickly and without complaint. We made the mistake of agreeing to attend the sales meeting, despite our better judgment and past experiences at such things. Once again, we regretted wasting out time, despite the rewards for doing so. As always, they promised things that they weren't really going to deliver on when the contract was to be signed. We should have known better.

The room was great - but booked through VRBO and found out at check in that we had to listen to a ten min video which turned into a 30 min video which was weird - no one else there. Then we were Shanghai’d for two hours for their hard sell on buying points with RCI. I finally went to the car and told my husband I needed to leave I needed food! They said I needed to come back in to checkout a d still kept at the sales pitch - told them I didn’t care about the “gift” I was done. Over TWO hours Wasted and mad. Walked out.

This is absolutely optional—you do not have to attend at all. It sounds like you chose to sign up for the free gift, and that’s where they got your information. Anytime I’ve stayed, like any other guest, you have the right to simply say “no thank you.” You’re not required to do or attend anything.
