Incredible experience. The cutest cottage in a perfect area. The decor, linens, and thoughtfulness made it feel like home away from home. I will be rebooking!

This place is perfect for a getaway with your partner/spouse! Everything has been updated to modern times but still gives the homey, small cottage feel. The neighborhood is nice and well lit and is close to downtown. We stayed for a weekend and didn't want to leave! Don't pass this one up if you're looking for somewhere to stay with two people or less!

We booked this cottage for a mother-daughter weekend. We looked through many options and fell in love with this place. It is charming, tastefully decorated and functional. We were not disappointed! The small cottage was extremely clean, the kitchen had everything we needed-including really good coffee and the decor was inviting. We felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood very close to campus and downtown! The size and quality of the bath towels alone should make you want to sign up for this place! The owner lives nearby and we felt very safe. We told all my daughter’s friends about it and know they all would fall in love with the charm like we did. Parking lot next to the house was ample, outdoor lighting was quaint and the washer and dryer was very helpful to have. We will definitely stay here again and recommended 10/10!

The house was even better in person! Beyond the cute decor, I appreciated the little details like hooks to hang my umbrella/leash, a makeup washcloth, coffee pods and a marble cutting board. It was clean, like new, and I felt safe to walk my dog in the neighborhood early morning and after dark. Parking was plentiful and close to house. Location of the property was very accessible to dog parks and other local destinations.
