Discover this 2-bedroom cottage in Marienville. This cozy house features 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds, and a living room with a comfy sofa bed. Enjoy the convenience of AC, heating, and a hair dryer during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. We can't wait to welcome our guests to this enjoyable retreat. The property is close to route 66 and we recommend that lighter sleepers sleep in the back bedroom or with a fan on.


The property has ample room for trailer parking and is close to nearby entrances to snowmobile and ATV trails. Take advantage of over three acres of open field and the enjoyment of two fire pits. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

No hunting is allowed on the property but it is close to several public options. Please note the bedrooms and bathroom are on the second level upstairs.

We had a very nice stay here. The cabin was as advertised and provided everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.

The property was nice. Everything we needed for the two couples. The location was convenient being on route 66 plenty room for the trailers, but the traffic noise was a bit loud.

This place was awesome! Check in was easy. Pet friendly, clean and private. Very convenient location for what we were doing. Camp was very cozy and we really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean well stocked kitchen, decor was appropriate for the location of the house. It was very thoughtful for Mike to reach out and let us know we could check in early. Small insignificant issue with the freezer bottom needing a good clean, but didn't take away from our enjoying the house. The dryer was a plus since it rained on Saturday and we got caught in it. Would definitely recommend this house!

A couple friends and I came to Marienville for the Tour De Forest ATV ride and stayed here a couple nights. The house was wonderful, clean, and had plenty of room for all of us. Michael gave great instructions for our stay and we had no issues!!! Will be back to this property for sure!!

This worked out great for us while on our annual fishing trip. The host communicated clearly and was easy to reach for any questions before and during our stay. We easily slept 5 adult men. This was a great place to stay as an alternative to tenting in the woods. I would suggest a broom and dustpan be left out so guests can clean up any small messes. Some of the dishes needed washed before use, but we figured they had not been used in a while or other guests did a poor job of following directions. Thank you for a great stay, hope to use this spot next year.

Thank you and great suggestions. We do have some cleaning supplies/items but they are under the steps out of the way. I will make sure to share the location with future guests. Also a good spot check of the dishes will be done. Hope you caught some fish and see you next year.

This rental is a great property and a great value. The house was clean and organized. The amenities and little extras made it very much like being in your own home (or better ). The bedroom fan covered up any road noise. The furniture was comfy. Plenty of room in and out to wander. I would absolutely stay here again!

Absolute perfect house and accomodations! Centrally located for everything we wanted to see in the Allegheny National Forest. Not very restful since the house is mere feet from a 55mph road though. But we are a family of light sleepers! Thanks again.

The back bedroom is quieter and I do suggest that guests stay there who are lighter sleepers. Running a ceiling fan is usually adequate for guests at night time. I am looking at white noise machines too.

Well we had to get a hold of Mike to plow and he had it plowed. Still snowed more. 15 inches. Definitely need good tires and 4WD in winter. Otherwise the cabin was perfect for our needs.

Cute house! I'm used to rentals that are bare bones, but this place has lots of kitchen wares, games, even a record player! The house is right off the street, but the traffic didn't keep us from sleeping. Great stay. :)

Despite a calendar mixup, the issue was quickly resolved and the house got cleaned while we checked out the location of the trails. The manager was very apologetic and we were appreciative that we could settle in. It’s cozy and comfortable with the necessary amenities. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
