This modern and glamorously furnished villa is located in the
privileged south of Cape Coral, close to the El Dorado Parkway and
Rotary Park, a dream location for boaters, as the Caloosahatchee River
can be reached directly in a few minutes. It offers access to the Gulf
of Mexico and thus, among other things, to the beautiful islands of
Sanibel and Captiva.
The villa welcomes you with a generously proportioned, light-flooded
living/dining area in a tasteful design as well as an open,
high-quality fitted kitchen, completely equipped with the latest Bosch
kitchen appliances. Here and in the outdoor kitchen you can create the
finest dishes for yourself or your guests with tropical flair and
entertain your guests in the dining area indoors or outdoors. A number
of cozy lounge suites and many sun loungers let you experience the
Florida feeling in a variety of ways.
In addition to a large SmartTV in the living room, a Klipsch sound
system including an IPod/ IPhone docking station and Apple TV are
available for entertainment. Listen to your favourite music in the
living room as well as in all bedrooms and bathrooms and on the large
terrace in a relaxed atmosphere. You can even watch German TV during
your holiday.
The terrace extends over the entire width of Villa Galaxy. The
12-metre-long, spacious pool gives you the opportunity to swim
extensively, even in winter, because it is heatable as well as the spa
where you can relax. The unrestricted view of palms and water is
uniquely beautiful.
Below the pool deck - there is another long terrace that invites you to
sunbathe or, in the evening, to a sundowner or two with a view of the
canal, where dolphins love to play.
With an air-conditioned living area of 3700 sqft, Villa Galaxy has
plenty of space for up to 9 people.
In addition to the sleeping area, the master suite with king size bed
includes two walk-in wardrobes and a large modern bathroom with double
washbasin, walk-in shower and separate toilet. Floor-to-ceiling sliding
doors lead you from two bedrooms directly into the pool area.
Each of the three guest bedrooms is spacious, all with a king size bed,
a flatscreen TV and in-ceiling speakers. One of which is located on the
upper floor with a covered terrace with a beautiful view, an ideal
retreat for undisturbed moments.
Two large modern bathrooms with two washbasins, walk-in showers and
separate toilets are available for the guest rooms, the bathroom on the
first floor even with a modern, free-standing bathtub.
If required the couch on the upper floor can be converted into another
large double bed in no time at all.

of your stay.
