Welcome to our comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront vacation rental at Oceans of Amelia nestled in the serene beauty of Amelia Island, located in Fernandina Beach, FL. This third floor unit offers fantastic views and the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your getaway. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. A pull-out queen sofa sleeper ensures ample sleeping space for additional guests. Enjoy our pristine beaches and explore the wonderful restaurants and attractions the island has to offer. Experience the ultimate in oceanfront living at Oceans of Amelia.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

Clean quiet and beautiful beach.

Even with the work going on for the elevator it was peaceful. Beach area was beautiful and close to grocery and restaraunts. Will definitely recommend and stay again when we come back

Sister’s week-end

Wanted an ocean front condo to celebrate sister’s 70th and 67th birthdays. It was perfect. Affordable Two bedrooms and Two bathrooms. We ate, shopped and sunbathed.❤️

Great Getaway for a beach lover

We enjoyed our stay at Oceans of Amelia. The inside of the condo was nice and well kept. The outside could use a little TLC, but nothing major. We would definitely consider staying again. The ocean is amazing in this spot. Lots of shells, fish, and dolphins! We saw a bunch of dolphins frolicking in the morning right from our balcony. I do wish the check-out expectations were listed somewhere.

Overall everything was great.

Overall everything was great. I did, however, feel like we had to outfit the condo a little more than usual -for instance there were two dishwasher pods for a four night stay. Batteries in the thermostat and remote controls -that sort of thing. still, no complaints.

Brett, I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for your feedback. I am attaching the paragraph from the rental agreement about the supplies. "LINENS, TOWELS & SUPPLIES Towels, sheets, pillows and blankets are not meant for outside use. Please bring your own beach towels and/or beach blankets. Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of all linens. An initial set up supply of trash liners, paper towels, toilet paper and soap is provided. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest." As to the batteries, if you let us know during your stay that the batteries need changing we would send out maintenance man to do that for you at no charge.

Cozy, comfortable, and clean!

We had a short but sweet stay here and would definitely recommend it! There is an elevator you can use, especially while moving in and out (masks required). They also have large shopping carts that you can borrow! We snuggled in and cooked all of our food during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed! We brought our roku for movie nights. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was perfect! They have a very nice area to hose off when you come in. It felt safe to leave our beach stuff there like everyone else was doing. The kitchen sink started leaking during our 2 night stay. I dreaded having to wait for the plumber, but they made it so easy! They apologized profusely and said they preferred that we weren't there when the plumber came due to Covid. Perfect! It was fixed right away while we lounged on the beach. Be careful with the door leading to the unit. When you use your key to unlock both locks, the bottom (door knob) lock stays locked, making it easy to lock yourself out if you are going in and out. We unlocked the bottom lock and only used the deadbolt (except at night).

Rip off, bad management

Lots of issues. Before we arrived no one communicated with us about how to get into property, check in was at 4pm and had we not messaged at 4:30 we may have never heard anything from them at all on how to get inside. Once inside the TV didn’t work and oír children were going stir crazy, at first they told us to wait until next day, but we had to press and finally someone came and fixed it. On check out they had a laundry list of cleanup they required, which included us carrying a full trash bag down three flights of stairs, across the parking lot and into a dumpster, leaving me wondering what in the world I paid a cleaning fee for??? Not only did we have to carry our luggage, manage our children but now we were left carrying a sticky trash bag 100’s of feet. The beach chairs were moldy, and there was a slight mold odor inside of the property. Horrible!!!

Dear Mike, We are sorry to hear that your experience was not what you expected. This condo provides cable channels, and the capability for guests to connect to their streaming accounts on the living room television. We were happy to come in after hours to demonstrate how to do that. The cleaning fee covers housekeeping upon your departure in preparation for the next guest. The only thing we ask of our guests, is to start the dishwasher and remove the kitchen trash. We appreciate you taking care of this. Beach equipment is not provided but occasionally guests will leave items behind for future guests to use. We hope you enjoyed your stay on Amelia Island.

Perfect for a family weekend at the beach

The size and location was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 3 & 6). We lived in Fernandina Beach as newly-weds in 2012-13 and were excited to share this magical island with our children for the first time. It was a rainy weekend, but that didn't keep us from enjoying Fort Clinch, dinner at Timoti's, watching the boats at the marina, and of course, the beach and pool. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean, and the kitchen was decently stocked. My kids loved watching the Olympics on cable tv (what a novelty for kids who only know streaming services) and learning how to boogie-board. It was exactly what we wanted for our family weekend away, and my 3 year old still talks about going to "the condo beach" over a month later. Thank you for a great stay!

Great week in Amelia

We enjoyed the condo. The view was perfect. Kitchen well equipped (could use a few more small glasses). I enjoyed relaxing in the recliner. All in all a great stay.
