Amelia Island

Great vacation

Amelia South was a perfect place to stay. The crowds were minimal and the condo was well equipped. Super clean and the staff made booking and checking in so easy. We can’t wait to go back!

Comfortable stay in a beachfront condo.

This is a comfortable condo affording great ocean views and beautiful sunrises from the balcony. Nicely situated to enjoy amenities and restaurants in the area.

We had an amazing 5 night stay. Beautiful view from balcony. Condo had everything we needed including beach chairs. Restaurant and convenience store right across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent

Loved my stay at Amelia South condo. The condo was clean and so well equipped. Had everything I needed! Loved the ocean view balcony and easy access to the beach and the pool.tbe proximity to historic town and so much more was perfect!

They were finally doing work to the outside of the property, which looked terrible. It is obvious that the outside had not been renovated in many many years. The master bathroom was absolutely horrible. There was mildew in the shower, nonskid strips that were peeling and looked like they were 20 years old, a toilet that you had to flush twice in order to get everything down, and a low ceiling with Mitch matched acoustical tiles. We had to wash the drinking glasses before we could use them as they were not clean. There was mildew on the soap tray for the washing machine and on a coaster. I would hate to think what other nastiness was there that we didn’t notice.What I can say is that it had an excellent view and the property manager Bruce was fantastic. I would never rent this place again.

Amelia Island

Overall very nice stay. Lots of great beach to walk. Building is a bit rough on outside. Gates to beach not locked. Not enough TP in unit. Saw one of the cleaning crew come in to clean with her dog, not great as I have allergies.

Arrive at property as a guest in another unit is complaining about the condition of their condo to anyone who would listen. Now I’m second guessing my decision to stay at this property. All my fears vanished after being in unit F7 for 5 minutes. I know these condos are older than others on this beach,and I guess it

Very Good

We had a really nice time for a few days with just a couple issues. The water pressure in the showers was not good and the shower drain in the common bathroom was very slow.

Beautiful condo! One of our favorites!! We have been enjoying Amelia Island for at least 11 years, and staying primarily at Amelia South in different condos-this one is on the top of the list! Gorgeous views, and lovely decor, extra towels and beach chairs a big plus as well! Highly recommend!
