This wonderful cabin on the river offers all the amenities (Roku TV, WiFi, washer and dryer) of home while you relax on the porch watching the geese land on the beautiful Little River or use the charcoal grill to cook a steak. walk down to the river, cast your line and catch a few trout. Please bring your own fishing gear, canoe or kayak for full enjoyment of the river. Full Grocery and Dollar Store 4 mi. down the mountain in Menlo, Ga.

This was such a nice little gem in mentone. Our kids loved walking down to the water and playing, and feeding ducks. We made a fire for marshmallows one night and we really enjoyed the large screened in porch. It was spacious and stocked with everything we needed.

Honestly, this cabin was more than I expected and I don’t say that lightly. The river view from the screened-in porch? Chef’s kiss. I spent way too much time out there watching my kids run around chasing fireflies like it was a scene from a movie.And that porch! I drank my coffee in complete contentment while the rain poured down, sounding absolutely magical and creating the coziest ambience ever. Zero stress. Ten out of ten vibes.The cabin itself is spacious, cozy, and somehow managed the impossible: a mattress I actually slept comfortably on (vacation miracle!). I would stay here again in a heartbeat and already miss that porch more than I should.

Host was awesome! Clear communication and instructions. Rental was exceptional- clean, comfortable and welcoming. Views were fantastic. Location is great. So much room for family gatherings and decor was adorable. Recommend year round as the location offers many activities in all seasons.
Lots of places to sit, inside and out, fire pit in back, front porch covered. Many places to sip coffee and just relax.

Water just a small walk. Has place to put in kayak or go swimming.
Large table, great host kitchen.

Great vacation rental!

The owner was so sweet and was extremely helpful when we had to reach out to her. The property itself is beautiful and very clean! We loved staying here and will be staying here again!

The property was perfect for our short fall getaway. This was a first time trip to Mentone for my us and we could not have ask for a better place. I would definitely recommend this property we can't wait to visit again.

My family and I had the best time at this cabin. We have a 4yr, 3yr, and 1yr old and this place was fine for them. The screen porch was great for the kids and peace of mind for us that they wouldn't wander off. I would recommend that you stay here and if we are ever back in the area for a few days we will stay here again.

This was our second stay at this cabin and it was just as great during the summer. Very clean and well stocked. We spent most of our time on the screened porch just relaxing with our 2 pups. We will absolutely stay again.

I now live in Baton Rouge, La. but was raised only 17 miles from the cabin in Fort Payne, Al. I love the mountain and built the Guest House so I could be close to those who visited to enjoy their company when they are my personal friends and family but to give them their own space. This mountain is the most beautiful place on earth to me.

I originally looked at brow property but when I saw this property I was hooked. 6 acres, huge River Frontage, Dock to load and unload your boat. Close to everything I need yet truly relaxing, surrounded by nature.

Both Cabins on the property have large screened in porches furnished to just Rock or enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner.

The grounds are landscaped with Rhododendron, Azaleas, and Dogwood, all natural to the mountain.

Your Dog will surely understand that he/she is on vacation with all the squirrels and birds they can chace.

You are within minutes of your daily excursion and you will never run out of interesting activities.
