This property is great! The location is perfect as you are staying directly on the beach. We enjoyed our mornings sitting on the balcony listening to the waves roll in. The view is exceptional! The condo was very clean and the furnishings were perfect. The property staff is also friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this property! We will be booking it again.

We had a very nice short stay! Room was very nice and updated. The view and location were ideal. Only set back was having to rent a chair or sit behind the resort chairs which were already positioned way back from the water. One employee told us we could sit in the gap at the end no problem and the next day a different blonde headed guy told us that was wrong. Lol No big deal just worth noting!Great room no problems!

Thank you for your review. I'm delighted to hear that the condo met your expectations. The condo was recently renovated, and I continually update the furnishings and amenities to make my guests as comfortable as possible. The beach service is separate from the rental rate because I prefer to offer lower nightly rates rather than automatically including the beach service fee. This gives guests the flexibility to choose which days, if any, they would like to use the beach service, instead of being charged for it upfront whether they use it or not. Thank you again for your feedback, and I hope to host you again in the future.

This was our first stay in a condo on vacation. It had all the amenities we needed, was clean and inviting and we absolutely loved the view from the balcony!!! Thanks for accepting our request to stay and enjoy your accommodations!!!

Loved the view and the balcony. Beach area was wonderful, only wish the beach service was available in November! The available grills were really nice also. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing beach view! Easy fast access to the beach. Very clean room. Very calm and quiet environment. Condo was exactly as described. My only complaint is there is no chain lock or dead bolt lock on the inside of the door. The outside has a pin pad which was awesome but not a way to lock from the inside for safety. The area seemed very safe. It’s just an extra comforting precaution my family likes when traveling.

I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay and the property was every thing you expected it to be. The Kaba Electronic locking system on the front door is one of the safest deadbolt locking systems on the market. Also, there is a nightly security guard on the Destin Beach Club property seven nights a week. I've never had a complaint about the door locking system or security before and I've been a VRBO host for 12 years now. Thank you for your review.

Everything was exactly as described. The unit is updated, very clean, quiet and well laid out. The view was spectacular and the furniture was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked.

I moved to Destin 20 years ago and have never left. I enjoy the Destin lifestyle Very Much. My favorite things about Destin are the beautiful white sandy beaches and the Emerald Green water in the Gulf and surrounding areas such as Crab Island. I love fresh seafood, and enjoy the local dinning that the area offers. The area of Destin also has some great shopping and fun theme Water parks as well. I also really enjoy going down to the Harbor and walking along the Destin Boardwalk and checking out all the fisherman's catch for the day. Lots to do down there.

I chose this property because you literally have the beach as your front yard here, so to speak. The neighboring condos are non-rental so you really don't get a ton of traffic on the beach during the summer months. The location of The Destin Beach Club is right in the heart of Destin.

You can take a leisurely stroll down the beach to the Back Porch restaurant for lunch or dinner, or if you would like to have a night out in an upscale restaurant, Ruth Chris Steak House is close by. The Track; right across Hwy 98, it offers go carts and Goofy golf amusement park. Big Kahuna Water and Adventure Park are also in the neighborhood.
