I love this place. So simple. So calm.Montauk is expensive, no doubt there, but a week of peace across from the beach? Priceless.

Best kept secret in Montauk

Perfect location. Comfortable studio with great views. All the amenities are there. Great to sit on porch for breakfast and watch the kid play on the big lawn.

The apartment was perfect for our getaway weekend! It had everything we needed, plus pristine views!

If you’re looking for a great escape, this rental is perfect. A short walk down a private path, and you’re on Montauk’s beautiful ocean beach. Amazing sea views are right from your deck. It was tranquil, private and just all around perfect!

Location and view

The units were immaculate, airy and gave us a beautiful view of the property and ocean. The lettuce and herbs in the garden made for great salads.

Awesome Space and Perfect Location

This was our second stay here. It is a great space with spectacular views. Ocean views with an occasional whale or dolphin sighting! Jeanne is a fantastic host who is super responsive. Walking distance to town and the beach is literally just across the street. Love this little treasure!

Lovely

My 22 year old son and I had a wonderful stay. Close to town, closer to the beach, simple and clean. Table and umbrella outside the front door so I could work and gaze at the sea.

A perfect end to summer

Perfect! We love the location and you could not ask for a more beautiful view! A wonderful and peaceful place for relaxing and doing some artwork. This was our second time, we love it here! Thanks Jeanne!

Gorgeous, peaceful and well kept

Can’t say enough good things about the property and Jeanne. I needed a couple relaxing days and that’s exactly what I got, overlooking the ocean no less! Very short walk to a beach entrance, and easy to get to the grocery store + downtown. Jeanne is very accommodating and helpful. Will no doubt be back.

Best location. Ocean view from our unit. Walk across street for beach access. Exactly as advertised from photos. Minutes from town. What a dream. We had the best time. We cannot wait to come back. Loved every minute!

Exceptional

We decided kind of last minute to head out to Montauk for the long weekend . What a pleasure it was ! We stayed in the studio ( which had a kitchen ) and plenty of room overall . The unit also has a deck w/ barbecue which was great . The view of the ocean from top of the property is amazing ! The grounds are perfectly manicured and our overall experience was exceptional ! We are actually coming back in July . Thank you Jeanne for making everything great ! Very best ! John & Larene

The building and our room is up on a hill, so there is a great view of the ocean, above and over the vegetation and dunes on the south side of Old Montauk Highway which is a fair distance (75 yds?) away, down a sloping lawn. There is also a great breeze and we slept with the sliding door mostly open. There is A/C but we did not use it. The accommodation (room, kitchen area and bathroom) was spotless and the bed, bedding, towels, sofa, etc. were exactly as you would hope and want them to be; all clean, white and comfortable. There is a deck in front, on the same level as the room, with a round table, chairs and umbrella. Unfortunately, we were only in Montauk for the weekend to attend a wedding, so we didn't do any cooking, but the fridge, stove and counter were clean and working. We brought our dog, who loved the property and didn't mind when we left him alone in the room. We saw our host when we checked in and checked out. She was friendly, a dog lover and very helpful. The other guests were also lovely lovely people. We had a blast and would love to come back.

Amazing Montauk Hideaway

Just set back off Old Montauk Highway is this hidden gem offering incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. Walk to the beach and to town and the manager couldn't be more lovely. Offering tips for dinner, lunch and activities and checking on us to make sure everything was as expected. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Montauk getaway

The studio apartment is perfectly situated with a dramatic view of the ocean, very easy beach access and a quick walk to the main shopping street of Montauk. The place was well appointed, very clean and dog friendly. We hope to come back as soon as possible! Thank you, Jeanne.

So peaceful and fun!

My daughter and I stayed here for a fun girls’ weekend and loved it! Everything was sparkling clean and the owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The walk to the beach was very easy, I loved our time here.

Jeanne’s place is super tidy with a great location to the beach! Jeanne made the check in process easy and was incredibly responsive. We had an awesome time and will definitely be back!
