No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use the designated outdoor area if needed.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors.

Pets: Allowed.

Guests: The number of guests should not exceed the number stated in your booking. Notify us in advance for any changes.

Parties/Events: Parties and large gatherings are not allowed.

Damages: Please report any damages or breakages immediately. We understand accidents happen.

Parking: In the garage, driveway, and the street.

Thermostat: Please be mindful of energy consumption. During summer, don't set the A/C below 72F. In winter, don't set the heat above 80F.

Visitor Policy: Visitors are allowed with prior approval. Unregistered overnight guests may result in additional charges.

No Glass Outdoors: Glassware is not allowed in the backyard or pool area. Please use the plastic drinkware provided to avoid safety hazards.

Security Cameras (if applicable): For safety and security, exterior cameras monitor entry points. There are no cameras inside the home.

Cleaning Expectations: Please help us maintain the space by tidying up before checkout.

Lost Items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind, but we’ll gladly assist in recovering and returning anything we find.
