Even better, one sofa folds out into a queen sofa bed. Enjoy the uninterrupted 16th floor vistas looking out over the Gulf of Mexico both to the South, East and West. Guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of amenities like cold, cold AC, hot, hot tub and even a fitness room. The home is owned and managed by long time locals, not a foreign management company and we are there for you. The home is clean, well furnished and in nice condition. If you need anything we are 10 minutes away. Make your holiday relaxed and easy with a stay at our place.

Beautiful view in a well maintained unit. We had a minor maintenance issue and Brad responded right away then fixed the problem. Would definitely rent this unit again and would definitely recommend this unit to others!

Wonderful condo! Perfect location in Destin! The view from the balcony is amazing. Comfortable bed, too! Brad was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect description of listing, clean, organized, and on the 16th floor of an 18 floor beachside building. Host was responsive and friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and we will be back for sure.

Very nice remodeled property. Great location near the west end of Destin. Condo on the sixteenth floor with great view of the beach bellow. Nice pool area. Only down side was Condo remodeling was taking place during our visit. This was nearing completion, and didn’t really interfere with our visit, but will be more welcoming when complete. Plenty of free parking on the property.

The beachfront condo was really cozy. It was just as it appeared in the pictures. I loved the bathroom combo. The view from the balcony was stunning! I would not hesitate to say, if you're looking for a great getaway, this is the place you want to stay!

The condo unit smelled musty. The floors were sandy and the kitchen needed a thorough cleaning.

We categorically reject this review. 170 stays with perfect scores on other platforms and no one has ever said the condominium was musty. It is not. My wife is personally offended by the review claiming the kitchen was not cleaned. The kitchen was thoroughly cleaned by her and was pristine as countless other reviews confirm. My wife and I cleaned this unit ourselves to allow this entitled guest early entry. When she texted me that she thought she had "sand" on the floor despite it having been vacuumed and double mopped I offered to mop again immediately. She ignored the offer. Some people can not be satisfied and some people should not be able to write a review from such a dark place. Sand on the floor generating a 2 star review? All sense of balance is lost on this person.

The fact that the building was undergoing renovations was fully disclosed in the listing prior to booking. Progress and status was also included with the welcome message. The unit was discounted 50% of normal price for any inconvenience from the renovations. This review is nonsensical.

The location and view were beyond perfection! The construction of the building was undergoing made it appear run-down and dirty throughout the building and pool area. We know that is not in your control! All the construction must have impacted the staff because they were not the friendliest upon check-in.

The people are awesome and our room was very nice, it was a beautiful view. But extremely disappointed that we could not use the pools or the sauna. I was not notified that the pools will be closed for construction. The only construction I was aware of was the lobby window so we went to stayed there if we would’ve known the pools were closed, but because of the weather, it ended up working ok we probably want to use them anyways.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our get away! Condo is beautiful and really clean. Might want to update the internet router for better service. Will be back again hopefully soon!

Hello Kimberly. Thanks for the really nice review. Lisa and I care and are pleased you had a nice time. I agree on the internet router but it belongs to the Resort, not sure where it is located. Somewhere on each floor, speed probably goes up and down with usage and the weather. :) Will mention it but not sure if it can be upped. Brad

We use VRBO and try to give you the experience we expect also.
