Kitchen is FULLY equipped with all utensils, cookware, appliances and plate-ware for an awesome dinner party. Table seats 6+ people with kitchen side bar seating. There is also a separate freezer to avoid clutter and have plenty of space to keep drinks cold!
Spacious backyard with new swimming pool and beach lounge area, including a fire pit. BBQ Grill because, well you have to have a grill! Plenty of outdoor poolside lounging and table side seating for 8+. Pool floats and pool toys included for the kids as well.
Plenty of parking as well for up to 2-3 large SUVs/pick-ups.
