The condo was perfect for our stay. I would definitely return to this property for another trip. There was a bit of work being done around the building while we were there, but the workers were all very considerate and we didn't really notice them for the most part. The pool and beach access were beautiful and fun! Everything needed in a week long stay was provided. We had a fabulous time!

First time visiting Orange Beach and this condo made it even. Being on the second floor was perfect for beautiful beach views. It's close to everything you could need. The condo was clean and roomy.

Overall great stay. Dryer needs to be replaced and kitchen cabinets need some repair. Location is awesome.

1st Family Vacation - Perfection!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first family vacation for my wife and two young boys, and it was PERFECT! The SeaChase property has everything you could need. Pools, hot tubs, and quick access to a beautiful beach. When you step outside of the property, there is more than enough to do. Great dining and activities for all ages. Our condo was extremely clean and well-decorated. The ice machine was an unexpected delight. I could not say one bad thing about our stay. 10/10 would recommend, and we look forward to coming back again very soon!

Great Condominium

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about SeaChase and the unit we stayed in. The second floor view was perfect. The location, the lobby being indoors, resort style pools we were thrilled with. Beach access was very convenient. Just like other reviews I saw, the condo overall was very quiet, not over crowded and the beach was never full. In our 20+ years of going to OB this was the first condo we said we would rebook. With that being said, I would love to see the bed covers and sheets get an upgrade. They were torn and kept coming off and it was inconvenient. The other thing that would be a super easy upgrade is the shower head and toilet seats. Super cheap addition to improve the experience. Overall, the condo was super nice and spacious and we loved it! Already recommended it to friends.

Property location was great but the unit itself was tired and needed major renovations to be a great condo. Kitchen cabinets were old and sprung. Washer and dryer were old. Dryer was rusted. Dining chairs were too short for the oversized table. Living area furniture was tired and needed to be cleaned. Sheets would not stay on the bed. No privacy in the primary bath because the pocket door was broken. Primary shower had mold in it and was poorly maintained. Overall paint job for the unit looked like amateurs had done it, Formica countertops in the kitchen were chipped and need replacing. Countertop edges are pulling away from the wall. On top of all that, there was major construction going on outside and made it impossible to hear yourself think. Overall a very poor experience. Feel like we were taken advantage of. Will not stay at Seachase again.

The room was cute, comfortable, and the AC was just right for the July heat. One of my most favorite things about the room was the ice maker. It was so nice for the coolers and cocktails. I would definitely stay here again. One negative, this room is on the second floor,I poured over the balcony in the shrubs, the melted sandy water from the cooler. I didn’t want to put it in the sink because of the sand. The security seen my actions and was completely rude, an ass really on how he addressed me. I was informed to throw nothing and I mean nothing he said over the balcony. Okay! It was melted sandy water, and I looked before I did it so it wouldn’t splash anyone below us.A response like ummm ma’am that is against the rules please don’t again for your stay. His statement was that I would be documented for my actions, ummmm again OKAY!There are numerous other places to stay.

I am glad you like the unit you were staying in, and Security is here to make sure everyone is safe from harm. There is an HOA rule against anyone throwing anything from the balcony.
