Room was beautiful, clean, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. This is definitely on our room list to book again for future visits. Host was super easy to communicate with. It made my Grandson first beach trip absolutely perfect!

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants. Some close enough to walk. The Security Staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean except for some unused shower tiles left in the master closet from a shower upgrade. Patio furniture was comfortable, made the view even more enjoyable. Kitchen stocked well, no standalone ice maker. Furniture and beds comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was spotless, pictures accurate, and the property great for kids with the splash pad and zero entry pool. No complaints and would definitely consider this unit again for future trips.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at this same rental for several years in a row and we love staying here! My one and only tiny complaint is that the bath towels are way too small for adults but otherwise, it's a perfect place to stay! I love the proximity to the beach and multiple pools, and to nearby shopping and dining.

Beautiful condo no complaints with it really. A few days after my booking I got an email about a 18 month renovation project for breezeways and elevators. Which are the two negatives at the property. But 8:00 am power saws, jack hammering and hammering could have been handled and scheduled better. Every morning all week. Nothing against the condo itself. It was beautiful. Property was beautiful but maybe not book the floor and do that floor.

Great stay

Enjoyed our visit - if you have a large vehicle do not recommend using covered parking area - renting beach chairs was expensive - unit could use some back of door hooks in bathrooms - owner never responded to my one question but onsite management company was helpful.

Long weekend getaway

First time staying at Sea Chase. Very mature and established property. Had a residential feel. The unit was very clean and appropriately decorated. The kitchen had nice countertops and appliances. And great furniture on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.
