Location is perfect but the unit needs some work - ice maker didn't work, living room blinds were missing and broken, toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken- also could have been cleaner.

The layout of the loft was really cool and we enjoyed the view out of the full wall of windows overlooking Playhouse Square. We were able to bring our puppy and she loved it as much as we did. Rooms were clean and neat. The neighborhood seemed safe and there were lots of restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Would definitely book again.

We loved the floor plan it worked perfectly!Apt was clean. Having coffee was helpful. Could use more spoons and bigger bowls, but we worked it out. The place does need freshening but we were so comfortable. Only the night was nosey fromBand next door. But all was great. Patty

Check in was easy however we had no water and maintenance could not come till next day. Host moved us to another apartment but had to move again in morning because the alternative apartment was rented for next night. Maintenance showed up and informed us the main water was turned off and the Vrbo host was informed weeks ago of this and to cancel all reservations because hot water tank was broken. We returned that night and no water in kitchen sink.

There were some repairs and cleaning that needs attention. The toilet paper holder in 1st bedroom is very loose, the oven needs a cleaning bad. Couldn’t use. Clock needs a battery. Remote needs back. Bathtub in 1st bedroom needs attention. Cleaning supplies would be nice. Could not clean floor (salt). 2nd bedroom needs blanket. The main door lock is loose. Need more dishware, silverware, glasses, a spatula, a large spoon, ice trays, blinds are scary dirty and the windows have hand prints visible at night. This could be a cute place if you lose the guy vibe. Have a lady friend look around.
