This property was wonderful! There was plenty of room for a large group. It was great to have a pool and game room for the teenagers, while the adults visited downstairs. The kitchen was big enough to prepare food for a sizable group, the beds were very comfortable, and the house immaculate! The location was also convenient, with grocery shopping nearby, and close to recreational activities, while only about 10-15 minutes to St. George. We throughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend!

The house was beautiful. There are no curtains in main dinning room area overlooking the street. The pool was lovely but isn't heated unless you ask! The host did turn on the heat and responds well. The game room was awesome. All the TV clickers are messed up and we never did find the right clickers to pair. The neighborhood was under new HOA management from what a owner told me. All the trash cans on every block was full. Their club house had a dead animal in the pool. I did love the house and area. It was wonderful they allowed my dog.He loved the cold concert floors.

This home is huge - very easily accommodated our group of 12. After some appliance issues were resolved on day 1, things went much smoother. The refrigerator on the main level was stuck on 'demo' mode and the oven is awaiting a part from China. The maintenance man (Nathan) was very helpful. Fortunately, there was an additional oven on the main level and upstairs. I was disappointed in the way the kitchens were outfitted. Only one kitchen towel and one oven mitt. A house that size/price should be better supplied. The pans were lame also. There were NO swim towels provided. I've rented many homes with pools and they ALL supplied towels. We had to pay 1 each for them to drop off swim towels. That's ridiculous with the price of the home. But we had to have them. The stairs in the garage need to have a railing added. Very dangerous spot, especially in the dark. Please be cautious - it's a bad fall if you don't get the light on quickly. Great location for seeing the beautiful parks in the area. And very close to Walmart and other shopping.
