I felt like the pictures definitely showed it in an enhanced way but all of the amenities were there with the exception of the corn hole not being usable. The front of the house was not recognizable from the picture but everyone had a great time. The beds were awesome. The place was extremely clean and well kept.

Monica was responsive to all of my questions. We enjoyed the property to its fullest. I highly recommend this place for family reunions--there's something for everyone.

The property was ideal for our large extended family. The pool was a huge hit with all of the grandkids. We had lots of other activities planned but they didn't want to leave the pool. We enjoyed the pickleball court. The host was very responsive. We had an issue with the hot tub that they attended to immediately.

Our family had a great time at the house. There were plenty of room for our kids and 12 grandkids. The grandkids loved the play room with air hockey and pac man video game. But they had the most fun in the pool and hot tub. We had a fun pickle ball tournament. The kitchen was great for our large group. It was very close to Snow canyon and Dixie rock for hiking. The host was very responsive to all my questions.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family and we had a great time. The host was good to accommodate us and helped when we encountered some issues. The pickleball court was so fun and the kids loved the game room.

Perfect Family Reunion location

Online pictures adequately depict the property and amenities. Check in was a breeze, as well as Check out. Property is located within a brief drive of various interests to our large group.

Nice family reunion retreat

We loved the big property that we could all have bedrooms. Loved the pool and pickle ball court. Nice huge kitchen eating area plus deck shaded in afternoon and close enough to pool to be able to watch kids in the pool.

Wonderful Place for a Family reunion

We loved everything. Lots of space for eating together, for gathering together and sleeping rooms were plentiful. Of course the pool and hot tub. conveniently located to get to all the places in ST George

Great family reunion spot

The location and size of this property were perfect for our large family. We particularly loved all the amenities provided and were only disappointed that we couldn’t use the outside amenities more due to cold rainy days.

Spacious and Many Accomodations

Our second time staying. We returned from last year because we enjoyed the spacious and many accommodations. Situated close to scenic Snow Canyon but 10 minutes from St George.

Plenty of room. Great big hot tub and pool! Fantastic pickleball court and shade

We had 4 couples and 6 kids under 8. Plenty of bedrooms to choose from.

This was the best house for our family reunion!! The kiddos stayed downstairs and could stay up late and be noisy while us old folk went to bed early. The house had everything we needed to fix and eat meals as a family of 21 peeps There is so much to do in the area for people of all ages so no trouble planning field trips. I highly recommend this place. We have a big family reunions every other year in random places and this was a winner!!

Week of fun

We enjoyed the house, pool and pickleball court. Plenty of seating in the kitchen as well as needed pots and pans, etc. Loved playing ping pong and billiards. Plenty of comfortable beds.

Nice reunion spot

Great place with lots of room for family. Communication and check in was excellent. Major amenities were enjoyed and worked. There is wear and tear in places, especially with outdoor furniture and toys, but not enough to detract from the overall experience. I would stay here again.

Easter with family

It was great to be together and this house has the space. The house is tired but has what you need. Talked with the host about some of the cleanliness issues and she said she would address them with the cleaning crew.

Fantastic home for large family

We had a large family gathering to celebrate my in-laws 50th anniversary and wanted to find a large home that was family friendly with lots of amenities. This home had it all and was perfectly setup for a large family. We would absolutely come back again

Best vacation rental todate

We have a tradition of spending New Year with friends and family. We always find a property that accommodates nearly 30 people and spend the New Year together. This house rated as the best by the group. Lot of beds, huge Kitchen, common areas to chill, heated pool and Hot tub, games (indoor and outdoor). Best vacation rental and holiday ever.

Great Place for a Family Reunion

Our family enjoyed this house for our reunion this year and everyone who could make it this year had a room to sleep in especially with the bunk beds and the many options in bedding that the house had for us. The outside amenities was a bonus and everyone enjoyed the pickle ball court and pool. Thank you Monica for being a great host! We will definitely book again with you in the future. Thank you!

Family reunion

This was a wonderful house for our family! The view of the hills behind the house was awesome but there are some neighbors that don’t upkeep their property too well but overall the amenities made up for that! We loved the big living room with wraparound couch! Kitchen worked well for cooking for our group. Was a great time! I would stay here again.

The house was older but clean. Had minor problem with a doorknob. An outside pick nick table was damaged before we arrived.
