Very clean, and spacious place for six to stay. Nice quiet neighborhood near everything in Midvale/Sandy. Loved the easy check-in and checkout process. Would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay. Super clean and loved the hot tub. Hosts had great communication and were avaliable to answer all our questions. Will stay there again

Perfect space for our 9 day Christmas trip. Central location in the valley close to mtns, city and points south. Comfortable beds and couches and very nice hot tub!

Great value for a 3 bedroom spacious basement unit with comfortable beds. Great for a group. We only stayed for a night and it was too hot to use hottub but I am sure it would be a really nice touch in the winter. Would definitely stay again!

Great accommodations. Perfect space for our group to hang out after our day exploring Salt Lake City. Close to major roads and food and grocery shopping. The space is clean and has everything you need in a comfortable space away from home.

This home had everything we needed for a fabulous girl trip! We loved the fridge with water and ice to fill our tumblers, the washer & dryer, phone chargers in the headboards, and the covered hot tub! Located a great neighborhood, this home offers off street parking, privacy & is close to food and entertainment. We hope to stay again!!!

Alberta and her group were fantastic guests! Communication was clear and timely throughout the entire stay. They respected all house rules, left the place clean and tidy, and treated the property with care. It was a pleasure hosting them, and I would gladly welcome them back anytime. We came from Duchesne to enjoy the witchapalooza dinner theatre at Gardner Village. Which is only about 2 miles from the apartment. There was a total of 5 women and we had plenty of space. Liked the fact it had 2 bathrooms. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy..

Exactly as described and in pictures. It is spacious and clean.Pros1. Clean, spacious2. Laundry inside the property3. Fast internet4. Parking on the driveway. Didn't have to park on the street. That made it very easy to load and unload5. Small pets were allowed. There was also a nice dog park nearby6. Great hosts and absolutely great communication. I felt it was relatively pricey. I come to the city quite often and stay at the Courtyard Marriott, where I get 2 queen beds. While this house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the cost was almost 2.5x. If we had 1 less member on this trip, I would've chosen Courtyard. This is purely from a price standpoint. But the property itself and jsosts were amazing.
