Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was pretty tricky finding the condo unit so some better directions would have been useful.

Amazing stay

My family and I had an amazing time staying here! My daughter (4) loved the pool and the slides they have. Great location to go either north or south. Very nice resort!

Great location. Wonderful pool and beach

Great property. It would be good to educate guests about location of trash room on the third floor as we were walking trash bags out to the large trash compactor in parking lot

Great getaway

We loved our stay. The location was great, pool was great, and on site restaurant was amazing! It was a perfect place for our family of four to stay and enjoy the island! Mahalo!

Great place and amazing pool.

Family of 5 stayed for a week. Would highly recommend. Centrally located and amazing pool/on site Oasis restaurant. Will likely return!

We enjoyed this property very much. This location allowed us to go to Poipu or Princeville beaches fairly easy.

Great place

There were 5 of us in our party. We came to the island for our son’s high school graduation. The condo was spacious, clean, and everything went great from check in to check out. We would stay here again.

40th anniversary month in Kapaa

Excellent location-close to everything---walking distance to a few good restaurants and pubs--Staff at the condo resort were all over keeping everything clean and communication with mgmt was great.We will be back--Thanks..

Kauai 2025

Condo was super clean, check in process was easy, great communication with owner. We loved our stay in Kauai, so beautiful words cannot describe. Had a wonderful day enjoying the amenities at the resort… we grilled.. enjoyed the beach and pools, wonderful oceanfront restaurant with yummy tropical drinks and live music… would recommend to stay if you plan on visiting

Kapaa vacation

Excellent property! Was just as the pictures portrayed it. Correspondence was great. Check in was as easy as walking through the door. Would definitely stay there again.

Great!

Beautiful condo! Had everything we needed. Close to parking and pool. The condo does not advertise a view, however there is an ocean peek from the family room! We would definitely stay again!

Conveniently located

The property was conveniently located so that we could explore the island without any lengthy drives. The condo has all of the comforts of home and the manager communicated quickly efficiently.
