Beautiful Home

Beautiful home - modern, clean, comfy beds great AC for the hot summer heat, kitchen has great plates, glasses, etc. Grandkids enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Will definitely book again when we return to Fredericksburg.

Roadrunner Ridge Review

Our stay was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable. The property was beautiful. We loved the outside dining area and hot tub. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful; lots of space. Would absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay!

The house is really clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the lay out and rooms and sports room. The TV was challenging to connect our apps to and apperently turned off early and we were unable to see the sports games we were intently interested in. The view of the deer playing in the fields behind the house was on of the best parts of our stay.

Family Christmas trip

We absolutely loved our stay at Roadrunner Ridge. The two big screen TV's were perfect For watching all of the football games. Having Christmas dinner outside in the screened in pavilion was a real highlight. Our granddaughter was a frequent visitor to the hot tub. It was well stocked, extremely clean and well organized.

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely loved it! The house/property was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - not too far from Main Street with all the restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed having family and friends over for dinner. The kitchen was big and all the appliances worked well. The bedrooms were very comfortable too. We especially liked the game room because it's a big space to have everyone in without feeling crowded. This is a family-friendly house with a great backyard gazebo and hot tub. I definitely recommend this property, and I am looking forward to staying here again!

Great property overall. Just a note for those bringing their furry family along, there are some grass spurs in the yards. The front yard hsd many more, so would advise sticking to the bsvk yard but watch out for the ant hills.

Was a great location close to town but felt like we were in the country. Very pet friendly. We had 5 ladies and a dog and we had enough bathroom/bedroom space and tons of space to hang out in and the outside patio/hot tub was amazing.
