Come relax in our renovated Ocean View Beach House! We are proud and excited to say Crystal Beach is back!
Hurricane Ike tried to destroy us but we came back even better!
Enjoy the spectacular beach views and listen to the ocean. Paradise on Salt Cedar is 3rd sleeping area doesn't have a door) and 2 bathrooms, two story home, located easy walking distance steps from the ocean. It is the perfect getaway beach house with SPECTACULAR Gulf views.
This home features a two story covered deck and some uncovered area on first level. It is colorfully decorated featuring wood floors downstairs and carpet in downstairs bedroom and upstairs. The master downstairs has a King bed, private bath, flat screen tv and door out to downstairs covered and uncovered deck. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen tv with door out to upstairs covered deck. The 3rd sleeping area has day bed with trundle to make two (2) twins or put them together to make a king bed and it also has a door out to the upstairs deck.
The kitchen has granite counters and stone backsplash. The living area has a table and chairs great for dinning or puzzles as well as a big flat screen tv. There is satellite, wifi and 2 charcoal grills. It's a short walk to the large family friendly beach and very close to restaurants and Big Store. WELCOME TO PARADISE!
BEACH HOUSE RENTAL RULES
1. We want our renters to enjoy their stay and build memories so we want to make sure you understand our rules prior to your booking. here are our rental rules
2. Please download and read Rental Agreement prior to booking.
3. There must be an adult at the house always while occupied with children. We don’t allow parents to rent house for their children. We do not rent to prom, graduation, weddings, birthdays or any other type of party groups. WE ONLY RENT TO FAMILY’s.
4. No Pets are allowed in house. If we find out, you brought a pet, you will lose your deposit.
5. The house sleeps 8 in beds and can only accommodate a maximum of eight (8) people total, day or night including children with a limit of only Six (6) of the eight (8) over 18 years of age. No daytime visitors that would exceed maximum of 8 people total. We will list the occupants on the rental agreement. If the renter violates this rule, the police will come and ask you to leave and will you forfeit the remainder of your rental, including damage deposit.
6. If the police are called to the house for any reason you will be asked to leave and you will forfeit the entire rental, including damage deposit.
7. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels and any items you will need at the beach. Please leave our chairs on our deck.
8. No smoking is allowed in house or on our decks.
9. We don’t charge a cleaning fee. We provide cleaning supplies and you will need to clean the house prior to checkout. Please leave the house as you found it and make sure all garbage is bagged and in the trash cans provided and make sure all dishes and plates are put up or in dish washer and clean before you leave.
10. The booking cost is 50% of rental fee plus $400.00 for deposit at time of booking. The remainder rent is due 30 days before the arrival date. If your check-in is within 30 days, 100% of deposit, rental and service fee is due at booking. The $400.00 deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made within 30-day notice prior check-in date.
11. There will be other check-out and cleaning instructions on the refrigerator in the kitchen area of the house. Check-in time is 3:00PM and checkout time is 12:00PM. Any late checkouts must be approved in writing or will result in forfeit the damage deposit.

1. Once you book the reservation will be sent to the owner.
2. The owner will accept the reservation and send you an e-mail with their contact information.
3. You will need to have phone conversation with owner to review rental rules, number of guests and check-in / check-out/cleaning procedures.
4. After the phone conversation, the owner will send you a completed rental agreement filled out with your name, dates of rental and number of guests
5. You will need to send signed agreement, copy of driver’s license via e-mail within 7 days or your reservation will be cancelled.

We have owned property in Crystal Beach for over a decade. Prior to Hurricane Ike we owned three beach houses, Taylor's Treasure, Lazy Daze and At Ease. All three were total losses after the storm so we decided to purchase property in the Texas Hill Country but we missed the beach.

We missed the Beach but we weren’t sure we wanted to build from scratch so our realtor for over 10 years, Kelli Untermeyer with Cobb Real Estate found this hurricane Ike survivor with no damage from the storm. We added 800 square feet and made it a 2 story beach house. So we are 1500 sq. ft. inside and 1200 sq. ft. of decking with great ocean views with a short walk to a large family friendly beach.
