Welcome to your Beaver Lake retreat! This spacious home offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for your getaway. Perched in a prime spot above the shoreline, this home treats you to sweeping, picture-perfect views of Beaver Lake from almost every angle. The crystal-clear water is just a short stroll away, inviting you to swim, fish, kayak, or simply soak in the beauty of Arkansas’s most scenic lake.

The Master Bedroom features a luxurious King bed, providing a peaceful sanctuary. The adjacent Master Bathroom offers privacy and convenience. The Guest Room boasts a Queen bed, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The Downstairs Bedroom also features a Queen bed. The Bunk Room is designed with a Bunk bed, ideal for additional guests.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including pots, pans, dishes, silverware, a coffee pot, toaster, and serving accessories.

Convenient Amenities: We provide plenty of towels, extra blankets, and other essentials to ensure your stay is comfortable. Each reservation receives a unique smart lock code for secure, easy access.

Enjoy the indoor fireplace in the living area, perfect for cozy evenings. Step outside onto the large deck, complete with a grill, for outdoor gatherings with breathtaking lake views. This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people total are welcome for $25 per night per extra guest. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.

Pet-Friendly Accommodation: Small/Medium size dogs (under 40 pounds) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a $100 pet fee and a refundable $150 pet deposit. No cats allowed.

Full House. Parking in the driveway and garage.
