What a beautiful property! Everything was clean, check in was a breeze, the views were amazing, and the kids spent all of their spare time in the pool! We reached out to Justin over some minor things that got addressed right away. I've been going to the Smokies my whole life, and this really was a special vacation shared with our daughter and her family. We had plenty of room(8 of us)and everyone enjoyed themselves! Thank you so much for a perfect vacation!

Met our needs …..may want to bring your own shampoo and a bit short on dishwasher pods for a long stay but otherwise well equipped!

The house was very enjoyable. Only complaint is the listing says heated pool however the room is heated not the pool itself. And the games on the deck were rusty/did not work. Besides that lots of space and clean.

I apologize the listing wording about a “heated pool” was misleading—the room is heated but the pool itself was not. I’ve asked our team to update the listing to make that clear and to inspect the pool heating system. Property was as described and photographed. The check in and check out process was very smooth. I appreciated that the checkout instructions didn’t include a bunch of cleaning responsibilities like some I’ve stayed in before. Overall I’d give this place a 7/10 due to the provided basics being in super limited quantity and a few cleanliness factors. 1 roll of paper towel, a tiny travel dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 garbage bags for a 5 day stay for a family of 5 is minimal. There were also no other cleaning supplies available, no dish rags, a broom with no dust pan, a vacuum that had frayed cords. Overall this wasn’t too bothersome but made keeping the place tidy with 3 young kids a bit of a challenge. Basics that we’ve had in other rentals like salt and pepper, coffee filters were not included. There was also no actual bath tub in any of the 4 bathrooms so if you have kids too young to shower this part is a little tricky. However things like extra blankets and plenty of towels were available. The overall cleanliness of the property was also about a 7/10. Bedding and linens were clean and fresh but floors appeared barely vacuumed or mopped, we found left behind hair accessories and random belongings on the floor in multiple rooms, dead bugs attached to the microwave vent. The host was very communicative. Pool and hot tub were both very clean and there was even a bin of pool floats which my kids loved.

I’m booked this cabin because I was taking my grandkids and booked only because it had a pool. When we arrived the pool was NASTY and non working. I contacted the owner right away and he said it would be taken care of. Our stay was from Thursday to Sunday. Someone finally came to look at the pool on Saturday. Pool was repaired but not ready to use until the morning we checked out. Come to find out the owner has known of the pool issue since August

I do apologize for the issue with the pool during your stay. We have addressed this with our pool vendor. I do hope otherwise you enjoyed our beautiful smoky mountains!

The cabin was clean, the pool was great for my 2 kids just on the 4th day of our stay it was very cloudy and you couldn’t see the bottom so they didn’t get swim the last 2 days. Also the porch when we arrived looked as if someone had backed in to it with their vehicle because their reflector lights was on the ground and then on Thursday the end of the porch had fallen on to the concrete, I did call and message on here. Parking was ok, when the cabins beside us had people, the only parking available was in front of our cabin but we had 3 vehicles as well, thankfully when we came in the other people where gone. The view is perfect, I loved that the upper balcony is screened in. The only thing I would say to add is Baby Gates at both sets of stairs I would stay here again, it’s just steep going to it on a few turns !!!
