Welcome to Liana's Paso Robles, CA Getaway Home!

Thank you for considering our home. First, we want to offer reassurance that we continue to follow The VRBO Cleanliness and Disinfection Guidelines to help you protect you our guests.

Our spacious, clean, and recently UPDATED property with new paint, furniture, flooring, and decor has a private fenced solar-heated pool ready to be your vacation home! It is approximately 2400 sq ft and sleeps up to 8 people (7 adults and 1 child in beds plus there is many spaces for people to bring their own additional sleeping gear if desired). The 4th bedroom has a crib that can be used by an infant or toddler with additional space to place the single roll-up bed or an air mattress if parents want to stay close by. We can host up to 10 people.

The bright, clean, and large split-home design (2 levels) allows for some privacy since 2 bedroom are located on lower floor and the master and child's room (2 other bedrooms) are located on top living area.

Located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood, just minutes from the backroads taking you to many Wineries and only a short 15-minute walk (4 min drive) to downtown Paso Robles. Very close to Paso Robles' many fine restaurants, Paso Robles Event Center, Mid-State Fairgrounds, and Lake Nacimiento so you are just minutes away to exploring all the Paso Robles has to offer. Conveniently located off of hwy 46 west. We, the owners, are locals and live in Paso Robles so we are often available in case any concerns come up for our guest (rarely happens). We like to provide our guests with the peace of mind knowing we available to assist in whatever you might need (e.g. finding the food disposal switch, needing recommendations, etc.). We manage the home ourselves so our guest get a personal touch and special welcome.

This beautiful immaculate home has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation in our beautiful Paso Robles! Has something for child, teen or adult. During the day, enjoy with your family or friends the large outdoor patio with POOL, (Pool heated to 82 degrees mid-May to mid-October.) bbq GRILL, serene POND, and at night enjoy the sunset view with a great bottle of wine from the raised GAZEBO overlooking the west side. Inside come enjoy the open living spaces with bamboo flooring.

The house was clean, had plenty of space for our group of 8, and well stocked for cooking. The pool was great-especially for the two kids.

Great for families, and perfect location!

Stayed here with my in laws and kids, it was great. Enough room for everyone, the kids loved the pool, which was pristine. And it was minutes to downtown and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Location Location Location

We had 7 friends who all fit very comfortably in this beautiful home. Close to restaurants and shops with easy routes to many wineries. Clean and comfortable with comfortable relaxing space indoors and in the yard.

Peña Family Vacation

Great summer stay

We had a wonderful time last July at this property. Close to town, we did use Uber to get dropped off at the fair. It worked great. The pool was great , we BBQed and hung out by the pool one day, attended fair concerts in the evenings and even did some wine tasting. I would definitely stay here again 👍🏻

Nice but messy

The house and neighborhood are nice. The property could use some cleanup. For example, the yard has a lot of random stuff laying around. The master shower should be cleaner, the floor was brown with black stuff on it and the shower head was not ideal.

Family Fun

What an amazing home. Our family had a great time. Very spacious and clean. Had everything that we needed. The children's toys were a plus for our granddaughters we were with us. The owners were sweet enough to mail us back two swimsuits that were left there. Close to everything. Will recommend this lovely home to family and friends. ❤️❤️❤️

Perfect for a family getaway

We stayed in this lovely clean home with my in-laws, our two young boys (1 and 3) and our dog for four nights in early November. This is truly the perfect home for a getaway to Paso Robles. Traveling with such young kids is always stressful but Emiliano had gone out of his way to make us and our kids feel at home. We had full use of his daughter's room, toys and high chair, along with a super fun backyard and pool (too cold to use this time but hopefully next time). The house is split into two levels - the first floor has the kitchen, dining and living rooms, access to backyard, as well as the small child's bedroom (with crib) and the huge master suite. The master suite is fabulous and more comfortable than most hotels we've stayed in. Downstairs is another full bathroom and two smaller bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The downstairs bedrooms were clean and neat, but my only very small complaint would be that the beds themselves are extremely soft and not very comfortable for more than a night or two. If you prefer soft beds, however, then you're set! The fully stocked kitchen and living areas had everything you would need for a fun family vacation, and we were greeted with a delicious plate of appetizers from Emiliano's brother's Italian restaurant in PR (which we visited and had an amazing meal), and a bottle of local wine. There is plenty to space to eat and relax together as a family, and we spent a lot of time, just hanging out in the home, playing and reading. The backyard was huge and fun for the kids, as well as relaxing for us with its semi-covered deck area and patio heater. If you're traveling with young kids, as we were, it's worth noting that there is a pool, which we didn't use, which is almost but not completely surrounded by a child-proof fence, as well as a fish pond. The perimeter fence is a ranch style fence, and unfortunately not completely closed in either, so we couldn't allow our dog to roam alone in the yard for fear she would slip under the fence. These are only minor things though, and if you're traveling without kids or dog, neither of these are an issue. Emiliano was so easy to work with and extremely accommodating when we had to reschedule our dates. This was the perfect base for us to explore the town of Paso, as well we take in some of the other activities in the area, such as the wineries, seal rookery, Warbird museum and beaches. We had a wonderful time and hope to visit again!

Check in process was easy. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed except for paper towels. Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again next time. The house is very roomy for the 6 of us we all had a great time.

Everything we needed and so much more

We had a fantastic stay. Emiliano was an awesome host and was very responsive and welcoming. This home is just fabulous for any sort of trip- especially if you’ve got kiddos. The inside of the house is pristine with new furniture and appliances and everything is very clean. Beds were comfortable and the house was very easy to relax in. Great kitchen and the freezer even has a sweet fancy ice maker! The pool was perfection- just the right amount of heated but still refreshing to swim in in the Paso heat. There were floaties and pool toys available for us too which was awesome. Downtown Paso is just a few minutes down the road. Tons of parking at the house and even a full RV spot. Can’t say enough good things about Emiliano’s home, we were lucky to spend our weekend there.

Family Retreat

This property was a great fit for our family, which included our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was warm and very well maintained. We BBQed every night. We also enjoyed surrounding activites which included biking, the Ravine water park, the Paso children's museum and golfing. We really couldn't have found a better place to satisfy the interests of all of us (ranging from 2 years old to 66 years old). The owner was very kind and responsive! Thank you so much!!!
