Pet-friendly Waterfront Cottage With Beautiful Views, Huge Yard, Mooring Buoy

Are you seeking a serene waterfront setting on a picturesque island in the San Juan Islands that's also close to the mainland? Do you want to wake up to beautiful ocean views with a private beach to explore tidepools and watch the local wildlife? Come and stay at the “Crabbin’ Cottage” for a great romantic getaway or vacation with the family.

Our house is on a 3/4 acre waterfront lot with over 80’ of private waterfront. Lummi Island is the most accessible of the San Juans, and our house is a short bike ride or mile-long walk from the ferry, the Islander Market, and the Beach Store Cafe. Feel free to launch your boat a short drive down the road and use our mooring buoy in front of the house. In addition, it's a great spot for kayaking, biking, hiking, and beachcombing.

The house features an open floor plan on the main floor. There are two fireplaces (firewood is NOT provided) and a large deck to watch local boats and the Alaskan Ferry as you sip a hot cup of coffee or a glass of wine. There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, one on the main floor and the other in the daylight basement. In addition, the spacious daylight basement hosts a wet bar and additional accommodations for up to four more people with a twin over full bunk bed and trundle.

This cozy house is equipt for short or long stays. There is a 60" Smart TV, plus plenty of indoor games, puzzles and books available for entertainment. The huge backyard overlooking Hale Passage is perfect for relaxing and yard games.
