Panoramic views of the sound and marsh, and easy walking to the beach, less than 5 minutes and we are pet friendly.This Frisco gem has it all.
On the first level you will find 3 bedrooms, two with a shared hall bath and master with its own bath. Convenient hall laundry near bedrooms. Shaded deck with beautiful sound views!! The second level offers a kitchen with an island and everything you need to cook with and serve with. Living and dining area with access to the sundeck, half bath.

This is a beautiful home, it's decor - Pottery Barn meets the Shore. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked with necessities. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. The sunsets were divine. Really a great place to gather and enjoy salt life. As for Frisco, I loved the quiet of the whole area, away from the busier north OBX. Very close to Hatteras too!

For years my family has spent our summer vacation at OBX. This was the first time we weren’t ready to go home. We felt very comfortable almost immediately and enjoyed the “tree house” feeling the great room/living space provided. The natural light was a particular joy for myself and every day we watched the sunset from the comfort of our “home”. Thank for the memories :)

The place is very clean and well decorated.Love the sound view and the location is close to ramp 49 where we drive on the beach. We plan to return next year. The host is very nice and easy to deal with.

We had a great stay overall and would definitely come back. The location is a huge highlight. It’s very close to both the bathhouse beach access and ORV access, which made getting out to the beach really easy. The view of the sound off the back deck is absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. There’s also a great restaurant right next door, and the area itself is quiet, not crowded, and feels like a place where people can truly relax. The coastline here is beautiful.Inside, the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking easy, and the beds were comfortable. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which always makes a difference.This is a great spot for couples, especially if you’re traveling with dogs.It has a relaxed, lived-in beach house feel, which fits the area well and makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay.

Perfect Retreat

Property was perfect for a week’s stay in Frisco. As other reviews stated, the kitchen was nicely equipped. We would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful Stay!

This house was perfect for our annual getaway. It is clean, comfortable, and most importantly, the AC was cold! Host was easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend!

Great location. Beautiful house. 2 great decks with excellent views of sound. Housebiscvery clean. The host is very nice and responded my texts immediately. This is a typical 2 storey OBX build on stilts, so expect lots of stairs.

Great house in a beautiful location

Absolutely beautiful location and a lovely house. It had everything we needed, great views and a convenient location. I actually liked the steps, and the climb over the dunes at the beach!

Family Fun

Great Location. Beautiful Sunsets over the Sound and short walk to the Beach. Living area was open and bright. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Frisco

Great stay for four guests and our dog! House was clean and well stocked, with a gorgeous view of Pamlico sound. The multi level decks are great- you can be outside with a view either shaded or in the sun. Looking forward to returning soon!

Frisco beach trip

We enjoyed our beach house during our week and the Outer Banks. Easy access to the beach. House is comfortable with plenty a room for the six of us.

Family summer vacation 2024

Love the house and the location. Frisco is a beautiful part of OBX. Very convenient beach access, beautiful views of the sound, Very well furnished, overall an excellent experience. It will be our go to house in the future if available..

Everything we needed

The house was very clean and the views are amazing! We managed to catch the sunset every night. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we could possibly need and the beds were very comfy! A great place to stay and we will definitely return!

My house has panoramic views of the sound. you can sit and relax having coffee or a cold beverage and relax on either deck. You can walk to the ocean or a short ways south of the house there is a bath house area to park and go to the beach, or a bit further up there is a parking area to go to the sound or ocean. Kite boarding can be seen at times from the decks and very short ride to shopping, dining,docks and beaches and ferry to ride to Ocracoke for the day.
