The building is a little scuffed and is in need of painting on the inside, in addition to needing some general maintenance.However, the building and the neighborhood are safe and clean. The location is great and the room is clean and in very good condition. Secure (gated and fenced) free parking was included with the room. Check in was slightly tedious (getting the key from the lock box, etc.) but ultimately was no big deal. Host communication was very good. I can recommend this unit and have no hesitation about staying here again.

Although I found the parking/check-in instructions just a bit confusing, it was probably more of a "me" problem than anything. Once in the parking garage everything went smoothly. The unit is located in a very "safe" area, literally surrounded by hospitals. Expecting lots of sirens through the night, we were instead afforded a quiet night's sleep. The building is well cared for, and clean. The unit was very nicely appointed. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was nice with a large walk-in shower. Ample towels for two. Any questions I had were immediately answered . I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

let's talk bout the pillows and mattress being stained internet password never worked after multiple attempts no shower door which is weird no toilet paper had to go buy some it worked for what I needed it for but definitely dont recommend

I Would definitely stay here again and look forward to booking next time I come to Nashville! The location is perfect and was close to many stores, shopping centers and restaurants. It is also in a safe area with friendly tenants. The apartment was well cleaned, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The check-in process was a breeze and I was very impressed with the host’s communication. Only bummer was the pool being unusable due to lack of maintenance. Other than that everything was great! - Analucia M.

The toilet was not clean, and there were clean sheets and towels in the dryer, which leads me to believe the bedding was not changed. Finding the fob is confusing even with the video they share.

Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with these claims. The unit was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. The toilet was thoroughly sanitized, and the bedding on the bed was freshly changed and prepared before check-in. Clean sheets and towels found in the dryer were extra items intentionally left for guest convenience and do not indicate that the bedding in use was unchanged. Regarding the fob, we provide a detailed video and written instructions that have successfully guided many guests. We’re sorry to hear you found it confusing, but the information provided is accurate and complete.

Overall experience was good, the place was very clean and smelled good. There was a lot of light coming in at night from the windows. The bed was comfortable. There’s very few utensils in the kitchen. The biggest issue we had was the tv didn’t work at all and the WiFi was spotty. We tried getting the TV to work for a good 40 minutes we messaged the Manager and they told us to try stuff we had already tried, even so we did it again multiple times nothing worked we didn’t get to use it at all and just had to watch what we wanted on our phones.

A couple complaints… there were no drapes on the windows.. it is a studio apartment, so the bed is in the main room with light streaming in super bright. There is a wide open door with nothing on it, no blind or curtains.Secondly, there wasn’t a comfortable place to sit… no couch. There were 2 chairs that were not great to sit in more than a handful of minutes. The kitchen didn’t have very many utensils.. not even a spatula.. very bare bones. The pans must’ve been bought at the dollar store. No extra garbage bags.The Wi-Fi was non-existent. If you have an android phone, you can’t hook it up. Can’t hook up a Roku or fire stick to the very small tv you can barely see from the bed. On top of all that, the fire alarm went off twice while we were there.

Our listing clearly reflects that this is a studio apartment, and the layout, seating, and furnishings are shown accurately in the photos including the absence of a couch. The kitchen is stocked as listed for light cooking and short-term stays. We did not receive any messages during your stay regarding Wi-Fi or missing items. The internet is active and functional, and we’re always happy to assist in real time if notified. The fire alarm system is regularly maintained for safety, and occasional triggers can happen due to steam or cooking.

The hosts were so kind and GREAT with communication/response time and I truly appreciated the offered military discount! The location was great as you can walk to many bars, restaurants (Hattie Bs included), shops and cafes (Our favorite was Verna Cafe which is less than a 5 minute walk). Anywhere else you would like to go to like Broadway or the gulch is a super affordable lyft ride away (I found Lyfts are cheaper than Ubers over here). Only place where there was room for improvement was that we ran out of toilet paper so having some extra in the apartment would be great and we ran into a bit of a struggle one night with the entrance to the apartment not opening with the key fob (but that is obviously not the hosts fault) but otherwise everything was good and I recommend staying here.

Great location and walkable to restaurants near Vanderbilt University and Centennial Park. Also, walkable to Analog, a must see small live music venue at the Hutton Hotel.
