Chateau on the Row offers a music themed vacation experience that is second to none. Owner Jay Vernali welcomes you to be part of the “mix” that includes a free recording studio tour.

Situated within walking distance of Nashville s ultra hip Hillsboro Village, Vanderbilt University and Belmont University, Chateau on the Row is located within seconds of some of the top restaurants, night spots, museums and the historic independent movie theater The Belcourt

Some of the artists that have graced the halls of this building include Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Frankie Ballard, Jewel, Dobie Gray, Chet Atkins, Sam Moore and Shel Silverstein to name a few.

Because Chateau on the Row is housed over a working recording studio you will occasionally be privileged to hear some musical magic as it is being born! No worries: at night The Row transforms into a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

If you’re looking for something that is not just your everyday stay and want something unique in your stay…this is the place! Jay is amazing and being able to see and hear all the stories about the journey with the recording studio was a one of a kind experience. We will def stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Jay's. I am so glad we found this gem when we were planning a trip to Nashville to see a few shows. The space is comfortable and the music theme throughout was charming and on theme for the trip. The location was great - we really liked music row. Jay was an outstanding host - he had excellent recommendations, gave us a tour of the recording studio, and we had a blast seeing him play. So many memories on this trip! Can't wait to come again.

Jay was an amazing host! He helped us get reservations and made sure our stay was fantastic! Jay was great at communicating and the private tour of his studio was an added bonus. We 100% recommend!

Excellent property with a great host. Our host was extremely helpful in ensuring we were taken care of and provided us with suggestions for our evening dinners. This property was in a great location and had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely book this Vrbo next time we are in Nashville.

Wonderful place, love all of the music themed touches! Host Jay was great, gave us a tour of his music studio which was so much fun. If you’re a music fan, this is the place to stay! We will definitely visit again!

What a cool little place to stay! Jay is an excellent host, great communicator, even offered us some info on fun places to go. He’s a musician and this place has a cool music motif - the lamp stands are made of wind instruments, the light shades are drumheads, the kitchen table is a piano top. There is a nice large bathroom and a huge comfy bed. It’s very clean and cozy. Thanks Jay, we’ll be seeing you again..

An amazing place to stay. Close to everything and the host was very responsive. Coulnt have asked for a better host or location. Will definitely be going back.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay with Jay! He was able to get us reservations for the Skull's Rainbow Room for our last night and it was a wonderful experience. We definitely will be staying with him again next time we are in town. =)

Jay was the most friendly and accommodating host I have encountered. The property was lovely and in a great location. I especially loved the high end bathroom and the bed with its soft linens and fluffy pillows.

ELO weekend

We came to Nashville to go to the ELO concert at the Bridgestone Arena. We wanted to stay in a different area than we normally do, and this place was perfect! Jay is an incredible host and there for any needs you might have. We will definitely stay here again!!

40th Bday Celebration

My husband and I came down to celebrate his 40th birthday. Jay's place was the perfect location! Located on Music Row, it was a quiet area but still close enough to all the excitement! If we ever come back down, we will be staying here!

Perfect location. Easy in/out access. Jay was most accommodating and even got us into Sinatra for dinner on our first night. We will be back and stay at Chateau on the Row!
