A wonderful little apartment - perfect for what we needed on our 5 day trip to Nashville. Hosts were extremely helpful (had a place for us to store our luggage prior to checkout) and communicated quickly whenever we had a question. We did not find time to use the pool or weight room, but both looked very inviting.

Great place to stay, very clean, cute and nice! Check in process was a little confusing, until we figured out the easier way to enter the property at front door rather than the parking garage when we first arrived.

The place was clean, convenient, and the amenities were really nice! Great location for good restaurants and the hidden gem of Rudy’s Jazz club down the street. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Nashville.

We really enjoyed the location and ease to get anywhere we needed to within Downtown Nashville. The flat is very clean and provided what we needed for our two night stay. The only issue we had is the bed was very loud when getting in and out of it. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location

The apartment was clean, area was great. Great walking distance to everything we wanted to do, would definitely book again!

This was a clean and well stocked apartment that was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.They had a coffee pot and coffee which made my husband very happy.We will definitely book here next time we travel to Nashville!

Great Gulch location!!

Exactly as pictured. Great amenities in building and perfect location steps from Biscuit Love and a Pub. Had a very comfy stay!

Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Several railroads right across the street. Blinds didn't keep light out and bed was cheap and uncomfortable.

Nashville for Bridgestone Arena Concert

We enjoyed this Clean secure apartment with on site parking. Close to several restaurants and about a seventeen minute walk to the arena and downtown. Would stay here again.

Great Location

We enjoyed being off the main strip as it was quiet in the evening and close to great breakfast options in the morning. The unit was perfect for my wife and me. We enjoyed having scooters nearby to use and easy access for Uber pick up and drop off. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Nashville.

Great location and a decent stay. We use this platform rather than the other because the places here usually have more home-like amenities. This is bare bones like most from the other platform (tiny hotel coffee pot with coffee but no sugar/creamer). We ate all meals out but don't think it would be a great cooking kitchen. We aren't germaphobes but it could use a deep clean. First time entry was not perfect but once you get the key fob, it's easy breezy. We'd stay again for the location but stop at the market first.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall!

The location, property, and overall experience exceeded our expectations to say the least. Everywhere we wanted to go was walkable and the room provided a very comfortable spot to relax in and rest up. Our one minor note was that the bath water appeared to be somewhat of a greenish/blueish color on our last two days, indicating relatively high copper levels in the tub water, which made us question the safety of the water in the unit for that period of time. Other than that, we were definitely satisfied overall!

Music City

When we arrived in our room we noticed how dusty the floor and vents were. We found a vape device in the laundry area. The bed was very uncomfortable. The property is located perfectly in the hub of the gulch. The gym was wonderful. Unfortunately the pool was drained but it is understandable due to the fact that we are in April.

The pool had been drained due to annual maintenance, but is now being filled and will soon be ready for use. I know this was not ideal during your stay as we are approaching warmer weather. Since your departure, we've deep cleaned the unit and have assessed with our housekeeping. We are so glad you loved the gym, it's a great amenity! We hope we can host you again in the future.

Good Crash Pad

Good location for taking advantage of everything downtown Nashville. Walking to broadway is possible but better by 5min / $15-$30 Uber. Parking is a plus. I felt micromanaged and worried about being charged fees everywhere I turned. Only x-number of towels, toilet paper, etc. Fees for stains on towels that were thin and scratchy - I’ve bought nicer at Dollar General. Had a problem with the key fob late at night but the PM was able to be reached after navigating and memorizing a phone number. If your looking for a crash pad while wanting the freedom of having a place in downtown to park a rental this is a good option.

Thanks for the feedback, Devin - we've put certain stipulations in place simply to deter our guests from careless behavior but we can certainly see the drawbacks from the guest perspective. We will take this to our team and see how we can improve, likewise for the linen!!

We absolutely LOVED staying at this property! The PERFECT location to be able to walk everywhere. We loved staying at the flats- amazing amenities and loft. The flats were a peaceful quiet area to come back to after exploring Nashville. The renters had great communication, cleanliness in the loft and helped us with anything we needed- they were very prompt with responses to our questions. Our favorite spot we have stayed in Nashville hands down. We plan to come back!

Walk anywhere, practically

This spot is great for one or two persons. Being a studio space is tight for anymore. The property was very clean. It is on the first floor and there is a train track across the street. It didn’t bother me much though. There is a lot of foot traffic on the sidewalk but if you put the windows up you can see and hear some CRAZY conversations. Several places to eat that you can easily walk to within a few minutes. GREAT juice bar around the corner.

Perfect location

Your place was perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway! We have been to Nashville several times and have never stayed in the gulch area. We walked everywhere we went, and it was never more than a 20 min walk! Inside the complex was immaculate from the time we entered. Thank you for helping to making our anniversary special!

Great time in the Gulch!

Great place to enjoy Nashville! Park the car and enjoy walking the city, ride a scooter, or hop on a bus. Convenient and fun!
