Dear Joshua, Thank you so much for your review! I’m thrilled to hear you had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms. I’m glad you liked the guest book and found everything well-prepared—it’s always our goal to make guests feel welcome and at home. I’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Dear Andrea, Thank you so much for the glowing review! We put a lot of heart into the decor and making sure the space feels like a true Austin home, so I’m thrilled it made your stay relaxing and comfortable. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back the next time you're in town!

Dear Genie, Thank you so much for your review! I'm so glad to hear you found the home comfortable, well-equipped, and enjoyed the overall stay. It’s also great to know that communication met your expectations—I always aim to be responsive and helpful. Regarding the neighborhood, it’s generally a safe and quiet area, and many guests appreciate its convenient location and accessibility. I'm glad the home provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your visit. I’d love to host you again in the future!

I'm glad the place worked well for your needs and that you found it spacious and appreciated the great bathrooms. Regarding the putting green, the putters are kept on-site, and I would have been happy to help you locate them right away during your stay if you had asked. For the mattress, we use luxury Pottery Barn mattresses; and I understand that comfort is very personal, each of us can have a different preference and perspective. This appears to be retaliatory review after we requested early check in charge per our policy. We have reported the profile to warn future host.

Dear Cassandra, Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback! I’m delighted to hear you enjoyed our home — it’s a new build, and we love how modern and relaxing the space feels. The backyard is one of our favorite features too! Our team puts a lot of care into keeping it inviting so guests can unwind and enjoy the putting green, grill, outdoor TV, dining area, and all the cozy lounging spots. We’ve stocked the kitchen with all the essentials — pots, pans, utensils, and cooking needs. We also recently added a brand-new set of pots, pans, and plates in case guests have extra people joining for meals. Please visit us again soon!

Dear Anna, Thank you so much for your review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed a quick weekend getaway with family and friends and found the home clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly. It’s great to hear that check-in and check-out were easy and that our team was responsive. We always strive to make each stay memorable and enjoyable, and we appreciate your feedback about the smaller bedroom windows. We’re glad a sleeping mask worked well, and we’ll definitely keep this in mind for future improvements. We’d love to host you again anytime!

Dear Lara, Thank you for your review. I'm truly glad to hear that you found the home beautiful and enjoyed your stay overall. Our bed in master is a queen-size bed (60” x 80”) featuring a Saatva / Westin Heavenly–style mattress, a popular brand designed to provide a comfortable, hotel-quality sleep experience. I'm sorry to hear that you prefer a firmer mattress. Your feedback has been noted, and I will continue surveying our guests to better understand mattress preferences. We have bi-weekly professional pest control service, and after your checkout our team completed an additional inspection and added an extra post-treatment check to ensure any remnants are promptly removed. I'd love to host you again anytime!

This review appears retaliatory in nature following a denied refund request, and we have reported it to the platform for review.
