Relax and unwind at our charming bay side retreat! Just minutes away from the beach, this coastal getaway features spacious living areas, modern amenities, and a private deck for sunsets by the bay. Perfect for family vacations or a peaceful seaside retreat. Prime location! Comfortable, stylish, and minutes from everything. PLEASE note! The 2 bedrooms are adjoining, but separated by a door for privacy.

We spent a week and had a great time. Views of Barnegat Bay are spectacular. The home has everything that was needed and then some. An additional bonus is that it is within a couple of hundred yards of two of the best restaurants in the area.

A beautiful home with plenty of room for a friend or family getaway! Melissa is a lovely host, gracious and responsive and the thoughtful welcoming touches were appreciated. Having a washer and dryer was great as well as enough room for the kids to spread out after a day adventuring to LBI sites which are easily accessible from this home..so glad we chose this one!

Melissa was so easy to communicate with! The house was clean, beds were comfortable. There’s plenty of room for a group gather and enjoy. She accommodated us with a grill. Encourages us to use anything we needed in the house. All information was clearly written. Today was absolutely fantastic.

We had such an amazing stay at this home and truly feel lucky to have found it! The location was perfect—just 5 minutes from the beach and close to so many great local spots like restaurants, mini golf, and ice cream. We especially loved being able to walk to a popular seafood restaurant for live music and a delicious dinner.The house itself was absolutely beautiful and had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. It struck the perfect balance of feeling peaceful and removed from the hustle of the island, while still being just minutes away from all the action.The owner was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay—even arranging same-day delivery of extra supplies when we needed them, which we really appreciated. There was no detail forgotten and the house was beautifully decorated.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to booking again next year!

Peaceful location on Mallard Island. The house was immaculate and comfortable. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. The house is well stocked without feeling cluttered. Host thought of everything. And is responsive to messages.

We have never been to the area before and felt so lucky we happened upon this beautiful home. Melissa is an excellent host! The home is gorgeous, immaculately clean, and we appreciated all the special touches. The location is fantastic and we loved being able to walk to two nearby restaurants, and then come back and watch the sunset from the deck. Getting onto LBI was a breeze - tons of parking, cute shops, and easy beach access. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and beautiful home. Spacious and a great location. Everything you could ask for and more. Couldn't think of a single thing that wasnt provided. I cant recommend this home enough.
