My mom, sisters, and I all had a wonderful weekend here. Rosie was an amazing host!!! Extremely kind and quickly responsive. LBI is our happy place and this home was an amazing location — walked to coffee, shopping, and of course, the beach! Thank you!!

This was our second time renting here and it was a wonderful experience all over again. My family and I have been coming to LBI since I was a kid and now bringing my kids here has been such a privilege. This house was a perfect accommodation and in a perfect location.

Clean and quiet

Clean, comfortable, perfect for a families...living area is large, beds are nice, close to stores, would highly recommend for anyone

Our Fabulous Family Shore Trip

Your place was so nice, welcoming & roomy last year, that we are so extra happy we got to do it again this year. The host is very nice & easy to get ahold of and we are so very thankful for her, and we hope to do it again.

Few days down the shore

Coffee pot doesn’t work right Bathroom needs updating

Hi Paul, the property was just repainted, new floors and windows and bedding… the bathroom is still “blue” in color LOL. Sorry to hear about the coffee pot. We have a regular Mr coffee brewing pot and a Keurig. I wish you had let us know. You could have called or sent an email or text so we could have had it replaced for you. (And for the next guest). I personally need a cup of coffee to start my day so I understand this would be frustrating. Besides this challenge, we hope you had a nice trip. Best regards

Great family friendly vacation spot!

We had a fantastic overall experience in this vacation spot! My extended family has been coming to LBI since I was a kid, so it was a great experience as my husband and I and our kids got to have our own place. The house was perfect for our needs, and just as described in the listing. Rosie was also very communicative on day of check-in letting us know when the cleaners would be finishing up. And the location was perfect! Walking distance to some of mine and my husbands favorite shops! And such a nice quiet street. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, living room is larger than looks in pictures

Very nice bright and clean, convenient location, quiet. Air conditioners made it very comfortable. beds were comfortable...already booked for my family for next summer

Nice play for family to stay together

This property is one of the old-fashioned duplexes that used to populate LBI prior to all of the new, fancy & much more expensive properties. It is very basic - 3BRs, 1 BA in each unit. Old, brown paneling on the walls. Linoleum on the floors. But clean, has an outdoor shower, and both units have decks to sit on. The owner was very responsive when a minor issue came up with the hot water. The house is a short walk to the bay beach, more of a hike to the ocean beach, but not bad if you have a wagon to haul your beach chairs & kids! The upstairs dishwasher was next to useless and the stove/oven upstairs was quite old, but for what we needed - which was space to house our family at reasonable price, we didn't mind sacrificing a bit of the luxuries. All in all, we would stay there again, especially since the owners were so helpful, even when we left an iphone behind!

Lovely Weekend Away

This rental was just right for our family of 6. There is ample space for everyone. Our boys loved the bunkbeds and area to play in the back. We could eat inside or outside and enjoyed relaxing on the porch. The location is perfect for walking or riding to places to eat, the beach or the bay. There was also a nice sized TV to watch college football. We hope to return again.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was walking distance to beach, bay and several shops and restaurants. The owner was quick to reply to my email. Check in easy.

Surf city rental

Great location near the bay with very clean kitchen and lots of room. A big worn but perfect for a family.
