North Coast Village is a large oceanfront community, and while the size of the property offers many great amenities, it can sometimes take a little time for first-time guests to become familiar with the layout. Thank you also for bringing the toaster issue to our attention. We’ll be sure to have the unit's toaster inspected and replaced if necessary. It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the quieter location, easy beach access, pool, grill, excellent Wi-Fi and televisions, well-equipped kitchen, beach supplies, plentiful towels, and convenient laundry facilities. We appreciate your feedback regarding the height of the primary bed and will share it with the owner. We also take your concerns about the bathroom odor, warped wood, and possible moisture very seriously. We have asked our maintenance team to inspect the shower door area and determine the source rather than assume it is mold.
