Condo was clean and updated, had a beautiful view, and had a window AC unit in the bedroom! The host was SO wonderful about communicating with me leading up to the trip as well as during my stay when I had a couple questions. Check in and checkout process was super simple. Would 100% recommend this property! Not many units have AC in this complex, but we went during a heat wave so the AC in the bedroom was literally a life saver!

It was wonderful! Really clean and had extra fans if you needed it cooler, the air conditioner in the bedroom was amazing! Walking distance to many restaurants and the parlor doughnut shop. Loved our well there.

The place was really nice and the view of the ocean was exactly like the pictures Parking was great and the grounds were well kept and beautiful. I would come back for another visit

It was such a nice get away for our anniversary. Place was immaculate, cozy, and came with everything anyone could possibly need. Loved the view of ocean and pool. Check in was a little frustrating as they are sticklers about 3:00, but not a huge deal. Would definitely stay again!!

Fantastic location. Sat on the balcony and could see the beach. Incredibly quick walk to the sand. Everything you need is included. Fabulous responsive host. We will be back.

We found the condo to be in great shape and extremely clean. It was comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The complex was very beautiful and well taken care of.

Yes, I a wonderful cleaning lady and she does a great job. North Coast Village is one of the best on the strand. Some even say it reminds them of Hawaii. Thanks for the 5 star ⭐️ review.

The Best Place to Stay

The parking in relation to the condo was easy and great! The condo was immaculate and a whole lot of fun!

We had a fantastic stay! My finance and I lived at North Coast Village for a while, the unit was clean, well stocked, great view of the pool and ocean, and a very useful AC in the bedroom. Hildy, our host, was super attentive and a joy to interact with. We would definitely come back to this specific unit again.

Perfect Stay!

Our rental was beautiful and had a great view of the village facility. The owner of the rental was very helpful and wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. If we ever visit Oceanside again we will definitely try to stay here again.

Lovely beach condo

Wonderful location within the development. Beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. Nice new furnishings.
